Stayed Nov 10, 2025Overall we enjoyed our stay. We selected this VRBO and paid more than we had planned because it allows pets, had fenced backyard and 12 South neighborhood is rated safer than others we looked at. The fenced backyard worked great for our dogs. The predominantly residential area seemed safe. We never cooked but the kitchen was well stocked and refrigerator had ice maker. The 2 bedrooms we used -good mattresses, nice pillows and linens. It was nice to have paper towels, toilet paper and other “supplies” from management company upon arrival. Our disappointments- upon arrival we discovered a large living room window on busy street side and a window in the kitchen did not have coverings, providing a wide open fish bowl view to anyone on the busy street. We contacted management company and they pointed out pictures on website indicated such (obviously had we paid attention and saw this it would not have been our choice) However, they quickly sent someone over with stick up blinds that solved the problem. Other windows had blinds for privacy but did little to block out light. En suite bathroom window had broken slats so we used paper towels for the small area for privacy. Renovations completed inside were nice. I would suggest better yard maintenance even though it is a VRBO.
