The property is located off of the main road, so even despite snowey conditions and my lack of 4WD, it was accessible in the winter. The house is well kept and has everything you need for a group trip!

Very cute and clean. Perfect amount of room for 5 adults and our toddler. Great outdoor space! Lots of toys and activities for our two year old daughter. Easy to get to local hikes and restaurants!

It didn't have a 3rd level (basement) with rec room like other houses, which wasn't a problem for 2 families (though more than that, I think we'd want it). The flat terrain and ample snow was great for kids play, and the interior was well appointed (though better cookware would have been a nice upgrade). We didn't get to try the hottub. Our only real complaint was the abundance of cool white light bulbs throughout which should absolutely be changed out for warm white. The chair legs seem like they were about ready to break off--and I'm glad they didn't on our visit! Otherwise great place!!

For hikers/skiiers, this is a great place. Close to all the hiking trails and ski runs. Davis is a short drive for a good grocery store. The house itself is tranquil and tucked back in the valley. Clean and plenty of room for a family. Beds were comfortable and well appointed. Perfect choice!

The location gave easy access to Dolly Sods, Blackwater Falls, and Canaan State park. Management was super responsive. Check-in and out was easy. Davis was a cool area to tour.

This was a spectacular property! We spent Labor day weekend here. The kitchen was well stocked, had all utensils and it was very clean. Hot tub was very clean and amazing, kids enjoyed the hot tub and also they were able to ride their bikes around the neighborhood. It was quiet and out of the way. It was 12 minutes from Blackwater falls and easy to go around. Very scenic and relaxing place. The place was very well kept. The porch swing was amazing to just sit and relax. We all loved the house very much 3
