Our host was very understanding and was able to work with things that didn’t go according to plan. We were supplied with everything we needed and more, definitely would stay again!

The reservations and check in where very easy. We enoyed the property was great. Enough bedrooms and space for everyone to play games or just hang out. The kitchen was well equipped. We utilized the gas grill one night. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and outdoor toys.The inside toys suited all the kids from 2 to 17! Everything was perfect for us. See you next time we are in Souix Falls!

Great area. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Had wedding at the atrium so very quick drive

Great house. Worked well for our family for our son’s college graduation weekend. Bunk room isn’t a “private room” but that was not a problem for us. Beautiful shade with trees in the backyard but yard needs some TLC. Overall a great place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a girls weekend.

Our family gathered here for a weekend together. We had a blast playing games and catching up in this wonderful house.

We met family here for my husband's 70th birthday. We had a great time! It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet centrally located. There were lots of games and activities.

Our family is stretched out over several states so getting together all at once is a difficult thing. A wedding in the family provided a great opportunity for togetherness and the home was a great place to stay for all of us. The home was wonderful and clean. The location and yard were great. The game room was a major plus as well. The home is clean and for the littlest of the family, safe, as the downstairs was closed off with a door.

Our family always enjoys a place where we can make meals, do laundry, enjoy time together and time to relax. The basement offered a great space for the kids and we loved the massage chair. The living room and kitchen space were perfect for our daily meals together. The hot tub was an added bonus that all of us enjoyed in the evening. All of us could have our own space with rooms for each of us to sleep. The corn hole game needs to be replaced but we still enjoyed it. We loved the feeling of being in a safe and quiet neighborhood as if we were in our own home. With our small issue and a fuse the property manager was quick to respond and help us out. This was the perfect place for our family with close access to all the extras we require.

We enjoyed our stay the upstairs was very nice. The downstairs must of had water damage because it did smell very moldy and they had fans running on ground. Also all the games were all crammed to the middle of room and stuff piled on them. I was disappointed by that because that's why we chose to stay there. I wish we would have been informed before our stay. Also there was people cutting down trees in the backyard 2 hours after check in and we had to ask them to stop so we could go out and enjoy the outdoor space. So a few things that weren't pleasant for what i spent on one night but we were pleased with everything else.
