Stayed Jul 17, 2025Code did not work on check in but called and quickly got it resolved. Weeds surrounding the house were so high and out of control literally couldn't use the back door. After getting in, communication with the host was non-existent. The same things that were listed as non-working by a previous tenant in a year old review are all still not working. Decor was nicely done but definitely worn, needs paint touch up. Enjoyed the updated appliances with the exception of the dishwasher which sometimes worked well and sometimes didn't. Some of the pots and pans were greasy and not well maintained.Nice location

Stayed May 18, 2024The home was clean but needed the following:-Electrical sockets fixed- Bathtubs did not drain properly- Screen missing from bathroom window- Dishwasher did not work properly- Yard had foxtails dangerous to dogs- Ants in basement bathroom- Garbage overflowing in yard upon arrival- Light switches not working properly in living room- Backyard not groomed well - Front entry keypad not workingEvolve was not helpful at all and did not respond to my call.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We (3 guests) stayed here for six weeks to work and ski. It was a wonderful location, quiet street but close to many shops and restaurants and just a short drive from many ski resorts. The place was updated and nice, kitchen pretty well-stocked. Fenced in yard was great for the pup.
