Cozy Modern Apartment ~ walking distance to Carbondale's restaurants/bars/sights

The Cozy Modern Apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Carbondale! The apartment is spotlessly clean, has wonderful natural lighting, plenty of windows that provide a cooling breeze and the furnishings and linens are thoughtfully chosen. The apartment is centrally located and we had no problem walking to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Host Helena is a warm and welcoming host and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is easy to give this listing a 5 star rating!

Great place to stay!

The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything that we needed and the location was very convenient, walking distance to town and to our family that we were visiting. I appreciated having an electric tea kettle to make my morning tea.

Great location. Really nice property. Helena is a great host. The only comment, not a complaint, just an FYI, is there is no dishwasher and the TV is not a smart TV so you can’t stream shows. Overall had a great stay.

To start, it’s larger than it looks in the photos. It is very well kept and clean. The windows let in lots of light and breezes. If you stay during the summer, open the windows at night to let the cool air in then close them in the morning; the place will remain cool. The kitchen is well equipped. The iron is fantastic. The washer and dryer are quiet and efficient. Close walking distance to parks and Main Street. The pull-out sofa is extremely comfortable! The host is amazing! We will definitely book again.

The stairs are a killer. I would not stay here again. There are probably 16 vertical steps to get to unit

I felt relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived. The space has plenty of natural light, live plants, and artwork. The bed is super comfortable; the small kitchen perfect for preparing a simple meal.

Great accomodation with everything we needed. Would be petite for 4, but excellent for us. Only downside was the driver then buys to the aspen slopes, but that is a compromise we were prepared to make.

The location is very quiet. The host was very accommodating. We definitely will return to Carbondale and stay here again.

the top floor accommodations were great. beds comfortable, good shower pressure, great location: easy walking to main street. Helena was very responsive and accommodating. would definitely stay here again!

We had a very relaxing start to this year's holiday season by staying to ski for a couple of days in the Aspen area.We loved the place and what the town had to offer.Would definitely come again.

This place was spot on! Super clean, super comfortable! We drove in from IL, which was a long drive. When we got to our rental, we relaxed immediately. This place has charm, warmth and all the amenities a person(s) need. This will be a place we will be returning to.
