Stayed Jul 27, 2025The house was extremely clean, comfy and conveniently located! It felt welcoming and refreshing as soon as we walked in with the air conditioning at the perfect temp and ocean scents throughout the rooms. We especially loved the outdoor shower, deck and big backyard (and so did our dog!). The master bed and living room couch were also very comfortable. Beaches and restaurants are super close and easy to get to. Our dog also felt right at home with cozy beds and fun toys put out for him. We all had a great time and will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We first looked online I thought it was on the bonnet shores side of route 1, and to tell you the truth the property was much nicer than it appeared in the pictures that were online. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is set up for a family and maybe a few more people to really do well in. Everything's basically new at the property it's very comfortable and has everything you need for a great Beach vacation or even off season living. The host was wonderful in communicated with us throughout the process when needed but it always felt like it was our private rental house for the time we stayed there. I would certainly rent this again if it was available during our times of need, and recommended to anyone going to the Narragansett area.
