Cozy Luxury Remodel, Fantastic Backyard! Walk in 5 minutes to CSU/Old Town

Great place for two people! There are other people in the upper/large part of the house but that is clear in the description. A little bit of noise from that but again, it was not unexpected. The decor is absolutely darling and I’d recommend staying if you want to be close to campus and old town!

Loved the property. It was the perfect place to stay for me and my husband and the location was fabulous.

We loved our stay! The decor was so cute and there was everything we needed and more: bedroom, really large shower, extra blankets, pillows and towels if needed, heaters and fans in every room, full kitchen with essentials (dishes, silverware, glasses, etc, paper towels, random food items like pancake and cornbread mix, etc), a coffee maker with coffee and tea, tv with certain streaming apps available for use, wifi, puzzles and childrens toys, and even a record player with various records! I loved everything about this home. The home was easy to access using the entry code given by the owner and everything was very clean and cared for. Shortly after we arrived, the owner wrote me a message welcoming us, told me to let her know if we need anything and was also very quick to responding to my message. On our last day, she thanked us for our stay. As far as location, it is in a perfect spot. You can walk to downtown Fort Collins, Colorado State campus, and numerous restaurants and shops. It is on a quiet street with parking out front during the weekend and a private parking area in the alley during the week. We went to hike Horsetooth Mountain and drive along the reservoir and it only took about a 15 min drive. We also took a trip to Estes Park which was beautiful and very easy to do in a day. Everything was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here if you are headed to Fort Collins!

Phenomenal, quiet, and well-appointed place. We would definitely stay here again and would have been incredibly staying here for longer than our 5-night stay. Thank you for being great hosts!

Honeymoon suite! Clean and quiet.

The location is fantastic. We could walk north to old town or the CSU area and a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Or walk the old dirt Collins neighborhoods under the trees and all the old houses. We drive to the Gateway Natural Area and it took maybe 20mins to be in a canyon and hiking.Everything in the property is very nice. Appliances, decor, materials, etc.If we are back in town we will definitely look to be staying here.

We love coming here. It is our home away from home when visiting our daughter. We walk everywhere we want to go from his home (or bike or scooter). It has all of the amenities you need - no need to bring anything from home. The stocked kitchen is perfect if you'd like to eat in. The bed is cozy and comfortable. Lovely back yard to enjoy. The owner is quite responsive. Zero complaints. We will absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything that you need including a record player and a handful of vinyl records. This was perfect for relaxing between hiking or exploring Ft Collins. Communication with the host was fantastic. We appreciated the laundry facilities after hiking in RMNP. Easy walking distance to lots of different restaurants and CSU.

Cozy space with all the essentials, exactly what we needed! Well thought out remodel, very cool. Location is ideal for exploring Old Town, CSU, breweries and restaurants. We had so much fun!

Cozy, clean and perfect location

I booked this apartment for a spur of the moment trip to visit my son at CSU. It far exceeded my expectations! It was a solo trip for me and I debated staying in a hotel, but I’m so happy I stayed in this apartment instead. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfectly located for CSU and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. The beautiful yard is a bonus. We visit Fort Collins frequently and will definitely rent from Harriet again. She makes the entire rental process, check-in, check-out and all other communication seamless.
