Cozy Lakehouse on Quiet Cove

Clean rooms, kuerig with pods, fishing equipment for lake fishing and plenty of wildlife around.

Nice quiet cove. Saw alot of birds, ducks, geese, and deer. Has an outdoor deck overlooking the lake. We used the fire pit to make smores for the kids. The kids were happy they had bunk beds downstairs and had that floor all to themselves.

Wonderful home, clean and well maintained. Nice little extras like phone chargers. Check in was easy, host was communicative. The lake was low this time of year so fishing off the dock didn't work out, but we found great fishing at a local park. We did enjoy the peace and quiet in the cove. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a lovely, relaxing time at the Lake House. It was very comfortable and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again.

Cute house along the Lake Wylie cove. Great view from just about anywhere in the property. Worked remotely for part of the trip. Used the kayaks. Built fires at night. Easy commute to Fort Mill and Tega Cay. Host always accessible. Would definitely rent again.

My wife and I were looking for a perfect quiet place on the water to Celebrate my 61st birthday doing what we LOVE to do. Spend time together and fish. This place did not disappoint. Tyler is a GREAT host! Communication was Excellent! Received immediate response and when I say immediate I mean a response with in a couple minutes -both before our trip and also during. The place was very clean. We will definitely be back and we HIGHLY recommend this property

My kids and I had a great time at the house. The amount of wildlife around the property on a daily basis was quite enjoyable. The water in the cove was way too low for swimming, so you may not want to plan on that for your stay. But inside the house and the outside entertainment areas were really nice.

Adorable, small, decently equipped lake house…our group enjoyed the firepit and the natural setting…great deck and kayaks and cornhole were fun! deer and geese were daily visitors! Very serene. Bedrooms comfortable and had tvs but very small, no dressers or storage for clothes so that was a bit of a challenge for 6 people. Kitchen had basics for cooking. Overall a great value for the price.

This was perfect for our family to get away from jobs and school and the daily grind…we spent time reconnecting and relaxing in a peaceful environment! We would return!

The lake house was clean and really beautiful. Had everything we needed! The only thing that should be noted, which we were unaware is the downstairs area is separated from the upstairs area, meaning there are no indoor stairs to connect the two areas, only the exterior stairs (which wasn't really a big deal). Tyler communicated very quickly when we had questions and was very helpful. I would defenitely stay here again.

I’m so thrilled with my stay, we will definitely be back later this year! You don’t have any indoor stairs so if you need privacy from the group this place is ideal. I had several of my sisters over for a dinner and we all had a great time. There’s a huge tv in the upstairs living room and some in the bedrooms. Tyler was super helpful through the app and then by phone when we had questions. 10/10
