Stayed Jul 8, 2025We enjoyed our stay overall, the house is cute and in a nice location, but it was VERY disappointing that the 4 beds that were listed as being queen size were only twin. ALL THE BEDS ARE TWIN SIZE except for the master bedroom king size. Someone had to sleep on the living room sofa because of this. Also, our group is very tall and the twin beds were not a good fit, obviously. We would have chosen a different location if we would have known. I don't understand why the listing was so inaccurate. We also moved the large dining room table under the ceiling fan because the ceiling is low and people were whacking their heads as they walked by. We put it back, but I would suggest rearranging that room.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Awesome view of the Rock River from inside and out! Place met our needs. Property needs a little TLC. Would be nice to have basic paper products (paper towels, napkins, Kleenex.) Many nice restaurants in the area.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Our 3rd year at this property. The host is responsive & accommodating. Great river front seating & the dock handled our 24 ft Tritoon with no problem. Will definitely book again!

Stayed May 29, 2023Steve was great to communicate with, very accommodating. My son and I along with the team we work with stayed for our championship walleye fishing tournament, was ideal we docked our boats, stopped in for quick lunches, cool off in the air and take a quick swim while prefishing! I couldn’t have been any better! Thanks Steve!

Stayed May 11, 2023A lovely little cottage on the rock river. Proximity is close to the water. The house was exactly as described. Steve was very accessible for questions and concerns. My three daughters and I had a lovely three day weekend using this sweet property.

Stayed Jun 28, 2022The house is spacious and provided all the amenities it states it has. The owner was quick to respond to text messages. Our group gets together a couple of times a year and prefers to try different places. This is one place we all agreed we would gladly return to - it provided all we needed and wanted!
