Cozy lake house w/Lake Conroe access- pet friendly!

This was a great stay, had a wonderful time. The host was communicative and we absolutely enjoyed our stay- Will definitely be back. The screened in porch was awesome to see all the wildlife that would wander out. Everything was clean, good wifi, and the beds were very comfy. Had all the amenities you would need and then some! 10/10.

This was my second stay at this particular property and I will stay again. It’s an awesome little place but plenty big enough for the size group. It is intended to serve. The screened in porch sitting area is a very nice bonus. I can’t say enough about all the extra little things that the owner does for you.

Cute house and great location; would stay again!

The little house was just about perfect in end of itself. Boat trailer parking was a plus. The little things the host did put it over the top. For instance, there was some coffee there ready to be brewed. There was about eight bottles of water in the refrigerator and a note on the counter, guiding us to all the different types of restaurants in the area. I will be back.

Front porch and area was nice and quiet.

The house was absolutely amazing and perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Everything we needed was available and it’s even more adorable and comfortable than the pictures show. The host was extremely communicative and responsive making our stay even more enjoyable. We will be booking for another stay.

We stayed here for the weekend so we could go to the renaissance festival. Everything was great it's a nice place to stay i definitely recommend it.

We come to the renaissance festival every year and each year we get a spot in the area so we can get ready and rest comfortably. This is one of the best spots. While the spare bathroom was kinda small and great for quick freshen ups, it didnt hinder our group of 3 adults in gettin ready for the faire. Love the quietness and the outside especially the patio. 10/10. Would come back if available

This property and managenent should be rated higher than 5 star. The responsiveness of Jennifer is unheard of. The amenities were as advertised. I have saved the property information for another weekend in Conroe

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The kids had a blast playing in the woods and fishing.

Loved the place only issue was master bath had no heat and 2nd bath had no hot water.

We stayed for the Big Bass Tournament on conroe. Great private access boat ramp in the neighborhood. House was clean and cozy. Owner was super considerate and kind. Easy to work with!

We came to town for a weekend that our son would be involved in a baseball camp and our host made it personal for us. She left our son snacks and Gatorade and even a sweet message on his blanket. The house was perfect

We loved everything about the house and the location! The only complaint is the sofa was full of dog hair we knew and understood pet friendly but the sofa could’ve been more clean so we wouldn’t have to worry about dog hair being our clothes. Other than that the house the kitchen and location was everything!!

Stayed for two nights to attend a nearby wedding, and the location was perfect! The house is on a quiet back road with a beautiful pond/lake right behind it. The decor was lovely, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Plus, it's dog-friendly, which made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend for a short getaway. Very glad we opted for this over a hotel in Conroe.

Loved the property and the house is precious! Loved the screened porch!. We loved it so much we need up extending a day! Hosts were super accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!

I was looking for something away from noise to prep for a trial. I had lightning bugs and deer to keep me entertained in the evening.
