☀️Cozy Kure: Pet Friendly Home w/ Ocean Views, Private Pool+Hot Tub☀️

We stayed at Cozy Kure and we were so excited when we arrived. The home and outdoor area looked beautiful. Looks can be deceiving. We had a fly infestation that was so bad, we could not even sit on the 2 porches and could not sit on the pool deck unless we were submerged in water. I contacted Carolina Beach Realty, who services this property and was told that it is just nature. We spoke to neighbors, who mentioned not having this issue at all. We bought fly traps, and sprayed (with our own money) and that made it so by the final night we were able to sit on the decks. All of these things should have been done by the realty agency when we reached out to them on day 1. I will post the response I got from them about this issue. I can actually say the flies ruined our trip, and made the investment in renting a property like this similar to flushing money down a toilet. We had other issues with this home, the only light source for the winding stairway did not work for our entire stay. We were told they were waiting on approval to fix it, but I can tell you that it was very dangerous with small kids in a pitch black stairwell and they never got approval the whole week we were here. While all of this was inconvenient, it was amplified by the lack of action by Carolina Beach Realty. This was a truly disappointing trip. We will not be staying at this home again.

Excellent location with short walk to the beach. The back yard grill, pool, and hot tub provided a safe space for rest and relaxation. The large family room shared open space with the dining and kitchenette which was constantly used by all nine of us. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds in quiet space away from the central core. We parked 4 cars on the property.

Loved everything about this house. So spacious and clean and overall just a great stay.

Overall it was nice and clean. A few things came up that we’re not worth mentioning. I wasn’t a huge fan of the beach access. Directly across the street we’re buildings and fences that kept you from the beach so you have to walk down the street a bit.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Kure. While there were some minor issues with cleaning and supplies, we appreciated that these concerns were promptly addressed by the management team. Overall, the rental was in excellent condition and provided all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One highlight of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere; the rental's location ensured that we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation. In addition, the pool, Jacuzzi, and hammock provided lovely opportunities for relaxation and unwinding. The proximity to the beach was also a major plus, as it allowed for convenient access to the shoreline for a quick dip in the ocean. We also found the outdoor shower to be particularly useful after returning from a day at the beach. Overall, we would highly recommend Cozy Kure for anyone seeking a tranquil, well-appointed vacation rental with excellent amenities and a convenient location.

Friends family and grand kids! Had an incredible experience. My son dialed in Jupiter on a very clear night with the telescope and we were able to actually able see the rings!! Comfortable beds, ample cooking utensils, plenty of room! thanks for a very nice place to celebrate the best mom, wife and friend anyone could wish for! The neighbor came over and told us not to park in her driveway? We were clearly in Cozy Kure territory but, oh well, some people just have to be that way I guess!! Amazing time overall!!!!

My son's first birthday! We decided to go to the beach! (During the hurricane ?‍♀️?) but thanks to God everything was good. We loved the house since the moment we walked in. Everything was clean! Communication was good! The neighbors were nice! We definitely will come back!!

This was a perfect choice for our weekend birthday celebration with our two sons and families . It’s an easy drive to the Kure beach pier for fishing and all of the shops and restaurants in Carolina Beach .We got to come back to the quiet of Cozy Kure ! I loved the upper deck view in the morning of sunrises and our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! We’d go again!
