We've used vrbo several times with success but this was the worst experience ever. I hate to leave a scathing report, but it was not clean or supplied. Floors were sticky, food was still in kitchen sink, toothpaste down bathroom cabinet. No coffee mugs or coffee, no spoons, only 2 forks, knives and plates. Blinds were broken, rugs and couches looked filthy. I arrived late in evening so had to stay one night, but it was not the cozy setting advertised.

The apartment was nice, but there was a musty smell that never went away. We also noted some areas that needed cleaning. Opened the microwave door to find the door can't open all the way because of the counter, and crumbs and food under the microwave itself. The tub didn't seem clean and there was no toilet paper left, so we had to go buy some. The hamper we were instructed to placed all towels and bedding in upon checking out was already full (think that was the musty smell), so we had to leave it in a pile. Wish I could have found some cleaning supplies in the home, I would have loved to clean it up more.
