It opens onto an air-conditioned living/dining room with an inset fireplace, television, and sofa bed. On the groundfloor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and another with two single bunk beds (90cm) and a single pull-out bed (90cm), ideal for children. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A library with a sofa and two armchairs provides a relaxing space and leads to the first floor where the air-conditioned master suite is located. This bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room with a large shower and WC. Outbuilding for storing bicycles and/or surfboards.
Garden furniture, electric griddle, 2 sun loungers.
