Cozy house in central Alpine, TX

Great location, wonderful host and the perfect property

Location great.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is super cute and so well decorated and set up. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. Loved this house and only wish we could have stayed longer.

I feel that Holly and Andrew have become friends of mine. They have two properties that me and my daughters love using when we visit Alpine TX.

The house was ideal for us and would be even better for a family with teens to use the extra room. All the rooms are large. Everything was very clean. The location is great.

Nicely located, well equipped home with a large dining area that we definitely took advantage of. Nice size uncovered patio with a charcoal grill. Full sized washer and dryer.

There are so many things to do in this area and Alpine is a nice little town that is centrally located to all the national and state parks we visited. The house was perfect for our party of five. Our son and his family enjoyed using the game room off the carport for watching movies in the evening, and my husband and I enjoyed being able to get to sleep earlier without the TV going in the room next door—a definite win/win! We didn’t do any cooking except for breakfast one day, but the kitchen seemed to be adequately equipped. I would suggest any guests planning to cook might want to bring containers, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap in case you have leftovers. Otherwise the house was well-stocked including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful place to be together before leaving our son at SR. This home was prepared for a family to come in and cook and get settled in. We loved the large dining table and the comfort of having two living rooms for our older kids to watch their movies. We loved the furnishings and the outdoor patio. We hope this can be our home away from home while we come back and forth from visiting our son.

This house was the perfect home base for a weekend trip to Alpine and such a great environment for relaxing. We felt safe in the area and the house is in a perfect spot for anything you’re doing in the area.

House was just perfect! Didn’t want to leave. Great location. Easy to navigate around town. Beautiful outdoor seating area and home was warm and inviting.

Very clean, very spacious (indoors and outdoors) and easy to get to. I would recommend this property and book it again if we come back to the area.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much. Holly did an outstanding job designing the remodel. The tradesmen did an outstanding job bring the design to completion.
