Upon entering the home, you'll step into the foyer where you will see the cozy movie room with a large TV and plush couch and pillows on the left-hand side. On the right you are welcomed by our picnic style dining table, with the kitchen behind it. The living room is straight ahead with a large sectional couch. The beautiful dining area, living room space and kitchen areas are perfectly situated and connected, creating an inviting open space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. From the kitchen area is the exit to the fully fenced backyard area. On the main level there is also access to our first bedroom, with a full bath located right next to it.

The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd level of the home where you will find your 3 additional bedrooms and full-size bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with tub connected. Our additional bedroom contains 2 beds, one queen and one twin and is connected to a shared full bathroom. Our final bedroom contains 1 queen sized bed and a desk for a designated workspace.

Guest access
Guests have access to bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and two living room spaces.

Restricted areas include: Basement, Office Space past the laundry room, and the garage.
Other things to note
We provide a welcome packet by the door which contains our contact info for anything you need.

- Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Undisclosed pet will be an additional $100 per night, per pet.
- Garage and rear driveway are not accessible by guests.
- Basement is also not accessible to guests as there are existing tenants.

Additional Items to Mention:
- Basement and Office Space are not accessible to guests as there are existing tenants. Both units are separated by a bolted lock and have their own entrance and exit, so it does not interfere with guest stays.

- The shared bathroom upstairs has the hot and cold water reversed.

- To change the temperature in the master, you need to turn the middle knob slightly to the right for colder and slightly to the left for hotter.
