Cozy home right off of I 229 and 26th St

It was great!!!

We are 2 couples that were looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The site did not show the 2nd bathroom which should have been a red flag to me. The second bathroom was in the unfinished basement in a barely finished bathroom. Very dark and small mold in the shower. We were very disappointed. There was a smell in the house that we determined was coming from the garbage disposal in the sink. It was a warm day so we wanted to sit out on the deck.. the deck was full of twigs and leaves and needed to be blown off. The patio chairs were black from sitting out all winter and could not find the table.. we took cleaner from under the sink and washed off the chairs. On a good note of beds were very comfortable. Could use some new bedding.The one bathroom that we could use was done very very nice.. plenty of towels in the bathroom and also the kitchen was stocked very well! I believe this house could be a very good VRBO if it just got a little more love!!

Didn’t end up staying here because the dirty furniture, throw pillows and old carpet had a stench I couldn’t accept. Host and VRBO refused to give any refund and I had to book another place to stay.

Loved the quiet neighborhood! The amenities were quite adequate. The deck off the kitchen needed swept, a lot of tree/leaf debris. Debbie, the host was accessible and responsive in a timely manner. Overall, a great stay.

Great place for our short stay in Sioux Falls

Only thing was when we walked into the house it smelled like cat pee. If you could figure out that smell I think you’re property is in a great location and the access was easy

Property was very clean, beautiful furnishings, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and events.

We were in town for the sidewalk arts festival downtown. This house was located close to the festival and close to many fun activities. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was great for preparing food. The living room was comfortable and we were impressed with how easy the process was. This was a great experience for us!

We enjoyed a nice stay. The home is in a quiet location yet near to everything one could need. Check in and out was easy. We appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities.

We stayed for a night on our way to the Black Hills. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. Everyone had a good night's rest before we got back on the road. If we were in the area, I would stay here again!

Our stay was very enjoyable and had everything that we needed to make it pleasant stay.

My sister & brother-in-law from Alaska joined us to visit our mother at her assisted living in Sioux Falls. We found this property to be great for our down time. The beds were very comfortable. Proximity to walking trails was great! The property was just as described. Great deck, liked the door from one bedroom directly to the bathroom.Nice visit!

Thanks DebbieWe gave this property 3 stars because the listing states two bathrooms but, did not mention the 2nd bathroom was down a flight of stairs in the unfinished basement. Two of us are recovering from knee surgeries. The main bathrooms sink was clogged which was inconvenient. We did enjoy the location it was close to the freeway.

We enjoyed our stay at your house. The house was perfect for our stay. We didn't realize the second bathroom was in the basement. The kitchen floor was a little sticky, so we had to clean that up. I think that we would definetly stay there again.

Great neighborhood and communication. This was my second time staying at this property. Plenty of room to stretch out and good proximity to trails

The home is listed as 2 bathrooms. However, one bathroom is down some very steep narrow steps to the basement and the bathroom is not very well lit. It did not appear to have been recently used or cleaned. There were no towels provide there or mats. Once we cleaned it, it was very functional. The rest of the house gets 5 stars. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend it.

Property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a great back porch to enjoy morning coffee.

Great home, very comfortable beds and room darkening curtains. This was a great home to stop at on our way through town as we traveled farther west.
