Cozy Home in Vilano Beach.

Have rented this property in the past and had a great experience which prompted me to rent again. Home is clean, cozy and adorable. My stay came to an abrupt ending when I was startled by the presence of someone on the property bringing in the recycle bin. When asking can I help you? She said, I own this home and live here. She went on to explain she was living in the studio of the home and going through a divorce. While I understand the owner has full rights to the property this was very disturbing and upsetting that she was living below the home in the studio, also that it was not disclosed at any time during our communication. I feel my privacy was compromised and this felt very invasive. I left the next morning although I still had 2 nights left on my reservation. Very unprofessional.

Within walking distance of Aunt Kate’s, and within 20 minutes of nearly everything! Wonderful stay! Clean rooms!

Hibiscus Villa was a delightful home for our Florida vacation. The house was spotless and comfortable with everything being as advertised. Deborah was a great host and a very good communicator. 5 stars all the way around!

My wife and I stayed at this property for six days. The house is very well maintained and communication with the owner was excellent. The owner's hospitality was outstanding. Upon our arrival, later in the evening, there was wine, drinks and snacks welcoming us. The bathrooms were stocked with everything, and there was an abundance of linens, as well as specialty items. Both bathrooms are also equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Downstairs there is a sitting area and full size laundry room. The beach gear, chairs, towels and bicycles are also in this area. The house is just steps from both the river and the ocean, as well as Aunt Kate's restaurant on the river (sunsets) and the The Reef restaurant on the ocean. St. Augustine is a short 10 minute drive or UBER. We had dinner at the Columbia Restaurant downtown, which I highly recommend. Overall this property and it's owner are awesome, highly recommend.

We arrived with two young men who love to fish - and this place was perfect. Two blocks from the pier at Boating Club and nice folks with whom to hang out. We loved the bikes, the beach, the lovely little back deck - all in all a perfect getaway.

Host was amazing and the house was well stocked with supplies.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we enjoyed having the beach bikes available to us for local neighborhood rides. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood bit but the location is also convenient to sights in Saint Augustine and the GTM and points north. It was a relaxing week.

My family rented this home over the Christmas holiday and it was fantastic! The host was wonderful and reached out to us. The house was perfect. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with many small items you might need. Yes! There was a hair dryer, phone chargers, the air conditioning was strong, fans in every room, 5 beach cruisers to use, extra pillows, cotton linens and cotton blankets.The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great, dishwasher, TV & wifi in every room, laundry, coffee maker, condiments in the refrigerator, it was all good! Super cozy. Very quiet. Secluded beach environment.This place was very, nice & my whole family really loved it!

It was already decorated for Christmas! I didn’t want to leave. Close to town, but far enough away. Close to beaches, and everything else you would want on a vacation.

Amazing home with everything you could possibly need, the host was outstanding with communication and filled with everything inside the home.

What a CUTE spot! And she had sooooooo many extra amenities available in the house that you were able to use. We took a bike ride, and hung out downstairs below her house and it is soooooo homey and just a vibe plus it’s a dead end road and the sunset at the end of the road is priceless! She also communicates and responds quickly! We will be back!

Excellent location to enjoy both the beach and the historic city of St. Augustine. Daily adventures found us exploring an historic fort, basking on the beach, riding the waves, golfing at famous TPC Sawgrass, dining at delicious seafood restaurants, exploring a 300 year old plantation, checking out local art museums, and endless shopping. All within striking distance. A great week vacation for all!!

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped home. In walking distance to the beach and the intercoastal waterway. The only glitch for us was navigating the operation of the TV. A more detailed description of how the remotes work would have been helpful. Otherwise, an Excellent stay. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Close to St Augustine but without the hustle and bustle. Very nice and comfortable place to stay.

This property was excellent for our situation. We were 4 adults (2in their 60’s and 2 in our 70’s). We were able to walk to two very good restaurants and to the beach. The property was very well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed within a short drive Would definitely recommend!

The house is immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is quiet, as well as charming. We enjoyed a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The host provides everything imaginable to enhance a stay and responds readily to any question.
