Cozy home for business or family stay

DO NOT STAY HERE - Make sure you read all the other poor reviews. We did not stay here, we walked in, and we left. HEALTH/ALLERGIES: Right away it had an odor of cigarette smoke. We did not feel this was safe to our health. If there is a scent, it’s in the air. Unhealthy. We also feel this was not advertised, as it states it is a smoke free site. (Also, there was plastic covering some of the lampshades…) SAFETY: Credit where credit is due, they installed an ADT security system in order to make the home as safe as they can. However, they cannot make the neighborhood safe, or walking between the home and your vehicle safe. The neighborhood is not nice, it is not well lit, and it does not feel safe. Additionally, we visited in winter, and the street was very icy. Slip/fall risk. Unsafe. Neighborhood, felt unsafe. PARKING: Good luck finding a good parking space. The parking is taken up by other residents, and you may have to park up to a quarter mile/couple blocks away. Long walk, long to carry luggage. See safety above. Poor parking situation. Again, to reiterate, we advise to not stay here. Make sure you read all the other poor reviews.

This was a nice place to stay at for vacation. The location was not to far from the bay front and Pres Isle. My only concern was the bathtub. Bit of a step to get in and out to shower, but over all great stay. Parking lot is a bit small for big SUV’s but they have street parking available as well

Place is nice. It was clean. Would give all 5 stars if the location was better. There is literally a drug house right next door. If you are traveling with kids it's not a place to be.

This property offers everything you need without the bells and whistles. It is very good for the price. It is clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is nice. You will need a smartphone app to enter the home. The door locks automatically and immediately when you close it. Don't forget your phone inside! Make sure your phone is charged. I'd stay here again.

Property was great for the price. Our only issue was lack of parking but managed otherwise. All in all we were happy with the clean and well stocked home.

Living room rug should be replace

Good place for the 2 nights we were passing through Johnstown. Ring doorbell and ADT alarm as well as dead bolt lock. Comfortable beds.

The outside might not have too much curb appeal but there was parking right out front. The neighbors seemed friendly enough and the inside was SPOTLESS! Had everything we needed and the owner even included some coffee pods. ALSO I had questions for the owner a couple of times and he responded back every time within minutes. I will be staying here again!
