Today, there are 1,578 properties on Nettles Island, which is connected to A1A by the main road, Nettles Boulevard.
Amenities are outrageous; there are two heated swimming pools (one on the ocean), tennis courts, clubhouse, bocce ball, shuffleboard. Residents are super proud of their recycling efforts. And socializing is an important part of everyday life, especially during the winter.

Youwould need a blue pass to go in the community. Driver lince is need be showing at the gate.
Kitchen, please make sure to keep it clean, if you don’t extra fee will be apply

We do have parking on the property for one car please Do Not block the Sidewalk, Do Not park on the street or park on the grass.

The heating swimming Pool open 9:00 am and closed 9:00 pm, We do not accept any kids without floats or without parents at all times. Pool information 3’ to 8
Please make sure the Light and fan is of. The Garbage and recycling is every Tuesday and Friday at the front of the house, please keep it separate,
If you not at the house this days just leave it inside.
Note that this is a peaceful and Quiet neighborhood no screams or fight allowed.
We do not allowed any types of smoking in the house, extra fee apply
You would need the keys or pass by the door to go to the beach or any other commons area.
