Cozy home 1mi. to beaches/shops/dining, Hot tub, big PATIO, Pvt yard, fire pit

We stayed for Christmas Prelude and everyone kept raving about how perfect the place was with everything we needed! Prelude was a short drive and/or a brisk walk away. Thanks Chris!

We stayed here for the Prelude weekend and had a wonderful stay. It was a cozy and clean home with plenty of space for us to gather. The hot tub was perfect for our cold weekend. We had everything we needed to cook a meal at home which was great. I was impressed by the small touches for convenience like extra supplies, kids plates/silverware, a dog bed and water bowl, and games.The house is so convenient to downtown Kennebunkport, only a 5 minute drive. Chris was easy to communicate with and always helpful. The check in and out process was seamless. Thank you!

Very nice property, comfortable and quiet, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living room furniture.

Our group of 6 adults and 1 dog had a fabulous time at Chris's house. We used the firepit and the hot tub, enjoyed eating and grilling outside, played yard games, and appreciated the beach chairs provided. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking our meals as well as extra spices that we hadn't thought to bring. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and several beaches. Thanks for sharing, we had a wonderful time!

Great spot for a big group on a main road leading right into town. House was clean with plenty of space and check in was easy. We had a great time!

We had a great time, girlfriends getaway. The house felt very much like home!

Several of our adult children were running the half marathon in Wells and the rest of the family was coming to spectate. It was conveniently located near the race and close to the beach. The house was beautiful and accommodated the whole family-including grandparents. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were sorry rain kept us from using the fire pit. We also had multiple cars since family members were coming from all over and were appreciative of the large driveway. Hope to come back next year and stay longer!

Great house! Comfortable beds, lots of space, super clean and a 5 min drive to Kennebunkport.

Perfect for a family. Great amenities, nice and communicative hosts, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do.

This was a wonderful property for our girls trip of 8! The house was conveniently located about a 5 minutes drive from the town and the beach.

The owners were very good with communication, the check-in was easy and the house was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we were there longer.
