Cozy Home!!!!

Beautiful house, clean, great communication. Perfect to pull the boat up to and a great little swimming pool to cool off in! We’ve stayed in multiple places in the Keys and this spot was our favorite. Close to good restaurants and the grocery store… Ivette is wonderful- perfect host! Thank you for having us - we can’t wait to come back again!

Very clean, kids liked the pool and I liked that there 2 queen beds in second bedroom. Location was perfect.

The listing is very accurate. The salt water pool was great and fishing was good. There is a bait freezer on the side of the home which was an unexpected bonus. Not included were any floaties for the pool so we did have to purchase one. We tucked in up under the kayaks so hopefully the next few guests get to benefit from it. The cleaning people leave the spices in the cabinet but remove everything from the fridge. Some VRBOs have a pay it forward approach (e.g., if we leave a few beers and condiments in the fridge, they'll leave them for the next guest) - this is not one of those places.The home included 2 kayaks but we didn't end up using them because the water access is not ideal for entering a kayak. You would have to push it off the ledge into the water then climb down a ladder to enter it. This was almost appealing at high tide, but certainly not at low.For being a cozy home (which it is! They aren't lying there! ), the space was comfortable for 2 adults and a 6 year old boy. The sofa and chair were comfortable, but the beds were quite firm, IMO. There were plenty of extra blankets though! There is a broom and dustpan in the laundry room, which is nice, but I would really recommend adding a cordless vacuum (they're only like 80 on Amazon).Overall: nice place, great location, great pool, great sunrises, easy check in/out. 10/10 because it's exactly as described and was clean, but we likely won't stay here next time due to personal preferences.

Location was great! Enjoyed fishing from the dock and sunning by the pool. Owners attentive and checked in. Great time we would definitely return.

We had the best time at Ivette’s place! Wonderful location - quiet and peaceful but 5 minutes from grocery stores. Very clean and nicely decorated. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and playing in the heated pool. Ivette was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. We can’t wait to come back!

House was clean and well equipped with great views. It’s in a great location, we walked to sombrero beach one day. No issues with anything but the host messaged to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this rental which is located on a quiet street, close to Sombrero Beach and restaurants. Another plus is that we were able to use two kayaks to cruise around the coastline. The host was always quick to respond to our communications. The information guide at the rental also very helpful in seeing the area.

This was my husband and children’s first visit to the Florida Keys, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Ivette was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything seamless—from booking to check-in. We were even able to check in early, which gave the our 3 boys extra time to jump in the pool and start fishing in the canal right away!The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and fun week. It was the perfect home base for all our adventures and truly felt like our own slice of paradise. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Fun easy to get to places pool was great house was clean and just what we needed wonderful weather and wonderful vacation

Vaca Key is the perfect place to stay! It’s close to Sombrero Beach, Publix, great restaurants and the gym. The duplex we rented was clean, had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our needs. We are renting from her again next year! It’s the perfect place to relax, escape from the snow and enjoy the beautiful warm weather!

Our family loves this property. This is our second time staying here. Clean and close to the beach, grocery store restaurants. Enjoyed fishing in the canal. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
