Cozy Home 10 blocks from Yellowstone Park

The owners esoecially Terry was very nice. They told us about back country roads that local only knew. They also shared their experiences about hunting elks for meat. It was interesting to learn. Very personable hosts. We strongly recommend this place for families. We had 7 ( 3 kids) And 4 adults in our group. House is well stocked up.

Very grateful for such a dog friendly property in a convenient location . The property has all the amenities that you need during your stay . Lots of beds and within walking distance to all of Gardiner. A good collection of movies unfortunately the VCR wasn’t working . Only complaint was the sprinklers ran for an extended period of time both days making it hard to let the dogs out to play in the yard and keep the floors clean from wet dog paws . Love the chewy ice machine !

Loved the stay. Place is a no frills, simple basic accommodation, with a fantastic and very convenient location. Would definitely return and recommend!

Stayed here with my husband, pup, and extended family. It was a great jumping off point for exploring Yellowstone or the area around it. The house was the perfect size for the 5 of us, and it had everything we could have needed. Our favorite part was watching the elk and deer in the yard at night. Terry was a great host. Would recommend this place!

Perfect location and amenities to be ready for full days in Yellowstone National Park. It was nice to be close to the Roosevelt Arch because there is a lot of driving to be done inside the park. The grocery store was super close to get picnic supplies. Everything was ready for us at check-in. Terry was super quick to answer my questions while planning for the trip.

Great location, clean and well stocked.

The house was cozy but allowed us room to spread out. Everything was in working order, clean, and well kept. We were within walking distance to everything in Gardiner. Highly enjoyable stay.

House had musty mold smell that effected our allergies. Dishes were dirty and we had to wash everything first and sanitize counters. Hot water didn’t even give for 2 showers. Toilet didn’t flush real well; had to hold handle down and flush various times. Communication was good. Landlord responded quickly. Location is ideal.

Location was excellent for day trips into Yellowstone being so close to the entrance. Plenty of places to walk just down the street for food, shopping, or just to visit the many shops. We did the white water rafting trip and it was also very close. Would stay again and would recommend. Host is very responsive with any questions you may have.

A stones throw to the park entrance! Perfect little getaway for our family. The home is cozy and comfortable with fun decor from the past! The beds are super comfortable and the wood burning fire place was the cherry on top! Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.

Close to downtown. Quite. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would stay here again.

This property was the perfect way for us to spend several days in Yellowstone. It was so fantastic to be able to spend days in the park and still have a home to come to and spend time as a family cooking meals and playing game in the evening. The property was clean and well kept and had everything we needed and then some! Terry was fantastic about communicating whenever I had questions before arriving as well as making sure we knew how to access the property when we arrived. Would absolutely recommend this place for a family looking for a cozy home while exploring the park!

Great location just. minutes from Yellowstone. Excellence communication with owner. Unit is well stockes with all amenities needed. Enjoyed the elk who frequented the area often. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location to restaurants and ice cream truck. ?Great grocery/liquor store not far from property and very friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here.
