Half-way between the picturesque town of Theux and spa town of Spa, this comfortable 4-bedroom holiday home awaits you for a weekend, a week, or more. It has a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. The holiday home is perfect for a large family of 9 people or 2 smaller families. Children can have fun on a large trampoline and the whole family can enjoy a petanque court.

The owners have a small restaurant on the road. This will not cause any inconvenienceand you can have local meals there. Supermarkets are 2 km away. For an evening stroll, the town center is 4 km. You can plan day trips to Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot.

The ground floor holiday home has a large living room where you can eat and relax in the corner by the stove. You can spend leisure hours playing a match of billiards with your loved ones. There's a stream running at the bottom of the garden and at the back there are woods, to experience true nature. On request, you get a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is provided.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Wij werden goed ontvangen bij onze aankomst. Buiten was het tropisch warm en binnen aangenaam fris. De gastvrouw had een flesje wijn en water voor ons koel gezet. Wij kwamen net van de hoge venen. Meer konden we ons niet wensen. Je kan zalig in de omgeving wandelen ( Ninglinspo, Spa, Hoge Venen, Theux, Stavelot, Coo, .... )

Wij hebben met ons gezin een fijn verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Bij aankomst was er een vriendelijk ontvangst van de gastvrouw en er stond zelfs een fles witte wijn voor ons in de koelkast. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is ook een pooltafel, basketbalnet en diverse gezelschapspellen, waar we veel plezier van hebben gehad. Je kan er alleen niet even een wandeling maken omdat het huis aan een doorgaande weg staat. Dat hebben we wel gemist. Van het verkeer hebben we weinig last gehad. In Spa zijn er div supermarkten op rij-afstand van 5 minuten. Bezienswaardigheden of sportactiviteiten zijn niet echt in de buurt. Daar moet je even voor rijden. Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Theux !!

This is a great place to stay. It's spacious, has enough rooms, is nicely located and the hosts are very nice (and speak Dutch, which makes communicating easier). Their restaurant/snackbar is located above the house. It's not bothering at all and if you want to have a quick dinner even easy to go to. There is bio supermarket really nearby, but it seems you still need the car. We went here with five friends for to play board games for the weekend and this house was fantastic for it (large table to play the games at, enough rooms and beds for everyone). And if you want to do something sporty, there are some options in the area as well (walking, mountain bike, etc.).

Het huisje is super proper en een hele lieve ontvangst met een leuke en lekkere attentie voor de gasten. Alles is tip top en we kunnen fijn genieten.
