Cozy golf course home with shared hot tub, pool and resort.

Really loved the house. Great for our family.

Place is in great location. I would not recommend if heat is over 90 degrees out as there is no AC and it get sweltering hot with no reprieve. The place is set up very VRBO like with everything labeled. Not much for living room at all as it is sunk in living room with two 4’ couch’s 2’ apart facing each other. The ranch is great and house in on the course. Carpet needs replaced badly. If this place had regular living space, AC and new carpet it would be 5stars. We had fun but nights were rough and sleep was hard to be had with the heat.

Great location and provided everything we needed for a group of 6. Definitely recommend.

Overall, the house was good; I liked the upstairs area for the teens. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils. There's a handy second fridge in the garage. The house is small, made smaller by the sunken living space in the middle of the living area; but there's a nice games table, dining table, and outside dining table, so plenty of seating. Towels could be updated; they were kind of smelly. Overall though, I liked our stay and the rental manager (homeowner) was very quick to help out, so he was first-rate.

Great location on the golf course. Equidistant to both main pools and amenities. Our family of 4 enjoyed our time at the property tremendously.

Beautiful house with everything you need in it. Location is very private. Kitchen is stacked with all you want in a kitchen. The only thing we could not find is a tea kettle pot, but it wasn't a big deal. Beautiful master suit with huge shower. Kids enjoyed board games. Great for a big family or two families. We would definitely come back to this amazing house!

We returned to Black Butte after many years away. We’re privileged to have some family share the renewed experience. The home worked well for us but the one thing that was a bit challenging (due to having older relatives with us), was we were unable to use the seating in the living room due to the couches down in an area that didn’t have a rail to climb down the stairs to that sunken area around the fireplace. In general we enjoyed our stay and hope to book again next summer
