Cozy Garden House at Spain Ranch. Peaceful backyard & patio overlooks pond

The property was perfect place to stay.

The home was so beautiful! I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Everything was super clean and the heated floors in the bathroom were amazing!

The house was just perfect! It was charming, clean, and accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably. We wanted to be close to Jenks high school because we were in town for a swim meet, so the location was ideal for us! Easy check in and check out process. Thankful for a great stay and great hosts.

Really enjoyed staying here! It was exactly what we needed. Quiet but also close to everything. The amenities were nice and clean.

We were pleasantly surprised with how much space there is in the living room/dining area. The pictures had us all thinking it would be a bit cramped in there, but no. Not at all. Plenty of space. It’s really a lovely home. Clean. The only thing I didn't like AT ALL was the lack of window coverings on some of the windows in the front and the back of the home. Communication with owner was fine; no problems. We had to leave early due to the winter storm approaching. Very likely that we will rent again.

What a gem! Perfect for family of five (two couples) one single. We enjoyed the eclectic feel and charm of the home. So many amenities! There are charging stations and sound machines in each bedroom. We enjoyed looking out at the pond while eating breakfast. Would definitely come again.

A perfect place to stay when in town for my daughter's wedding at Spain Ranch. The house is lovely and spacious, beds are comfortable and the back porch is wonderful. It was so relaxing sitting out back enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you're attending a wedding at Spain Ranch!

Beautiful property, quiet and peaceful. Decor is antiques and Victorian. Very comfortable and cozy. Was a great location for a girls getaway! The host is very friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with so don’t hesitate sending him questions…he is attentive and quick to answer. There is a lake on property that you can walk around and enjoy the outdoors and see from the house.

This is a great property with a wonderful host and is the best short term rental I have stayed in. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house (and the mattress!) is very comfortable and pleasant for relaxing. I have 0 complaints and lots of praise for this property and host.

The home is beautiful in a lovely neighborhood. John was a great host who communicated well and responded quickly. We were in town for a family reunion. We would love to stay at Spain Ranch the next time we are in the Tulsa area.

This property was perfect! It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, seemingly in the country but is minutes away from everything. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner, better maintained place. proper

Staying here gave my family all the space we needed to spend time together. The place was clean and in a good location. We would stay here again.
