Stayed Dec 23, 2023Host was not very communicative. Microwave and dishes were dirty. 2 washcloths in the whole house. We ended up having altitude sickness and had to leave a couple days early. The host would not even respond to me.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023This was our second visit to CO and we couldn't have been happier to have chosen this property to stay at. It was very comfortable, and had plenty of space. With the split floors, the Pac Man Arcade Game, all the games, there's plenty space to have lots of fun. The VIEW is about the best it can get. From either balcony, the view is incredible. All the amenities, bedrooms, kitchen and living area was just perfect for our group.

Stayed Jun 25, 2023This home has a great view of the Fairplay Valley area. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck watch the sun rise or just enjoy the day. It is a great location and easy to get to surrounding towns such as Breckenridge and Buena Vista. We enjoyed getting out and about and taking advantage of the two trails that are just up the road from the house within a five minute drive. The road going in during the summer was a little rough, but definitely manageable without four-wheel-drive.
