Stay close to the heart of Granbury in this spacious, pet-friendly retreat located just minutes from the iconic Historic Granbury Square - known for its boutique shopping, local restaurants, wineries, live entertainment, and charming small-town atmosphere.

Wide doorways and an open layout make the home easy and comfortable to move through. Perfect for couples, small families, or business travelers, this getaway comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom - 1 King Bed; a twin air mattress and bedding are also available in the closet upon request. Inside, guests can relax in the welcoming living area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen after a day exploring Granbury.

Four dedicated parking spaces are available on-site at the back of the property. This is the back unit of the property with its own private entrance - the front unit is a separate 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath rental, and the two units share no indoor or parking spaces.

Please note: no washer/dryer onsite

Guests have full access to Davy Cottage and its private backyard, including outdoor furniture, except for any locked closets. Please note the yard is not fully fenced, so pet owners should keep dogs leashed or supervised outdoors. There is also a separate rental unit at the front of the property; the two units do not share entrances, parking, or outdoor space.

Pet-Friendly: We welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125. Please note the backyard is not fully fenced, so pets should be leashed or supervised while outside. Please keep pets off the furniture during your stay -a $250 cleaning fee applies if this isn't followed.
