Stayed Aug 9, 2025Could have used more toilet paper and more than 1 dishrag. The pans were not great and beds a little uncomfortable. Great house in great location!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Home was clean, plenty of sleeping arrangements, plentiful towels/linens and adequate kitchen capabilities.A very quiet location but close to eateries & entertainment.Gameroom is stocked with multiple options for teens & adults but unfortunately no electricity so access is limited.Looking forward to a future stay.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025This small home in Conover is located in a quiet area yet close to eateries & entertainment. Offers a comfortable & clean retreat for a limited # of people. Gameroom offers multiple options for teens to adults. Unfortunately it has no overhead lighting so access is limited. Plenty of sleeping arrangements, clean environment & adequate kitchen facilities for a family or adult get away. Will look forward to another visit!

Stayed Jul 4, 2025House was clean & cozy. Only issue we had was that the air conditioner was not working when we arrived. I called to report it & was told that someone would call me back but I never received a call back. Other than that it was a great location right on the UTV trails.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025We had a few small issues but nothing that made are trip unpleasant. Beds were firm and too hard for two of our group. Icey steps when we were there was challenging for the older couple. We were able to work with it as they had fresh snow.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025Overall our experience was good. We were there to snowmobile, and it was a close to the trails. TV has dish and apps -great! It was a great location, clean, and convenient. I had a couple of questions for the management company and they responded quickly! However, I always like to know the little things, so I’ll share a few here. We did not have access to the garage, which was okay, but the photos implied we did and we were going to go play games there one night, but couldn’t. All appliances-toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc, are the lowest end with quirks, and while the kitchen was well stocked, all pots and pans were scratched up and very used. The beds are hard and the recliners are old and won’t stay leaned back all the way. Bring bottled water, the water smells bad, and you will be supplied with the very cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Again, overall, the stay was good, I just like to know these things ahead of time.
