Cozy Cove - Hot Tub, Waterfront & Game room.

Peaceful, relaxing, well appointed home situated on a picturesque lake. Roomy and cozy at the same time. Lovely decor and calming environment inside and out. Perfect getaway for us.

This was our 2nd time in this house and it was still amazing. My wife and I really appreciate how clean and well stocked the house is. The hot tub is the cleanest we have ever used anywhere. We can’t wait to return next year!

What a beautiful home!!! My husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandkids had such a great time. We especially enjoyed the garage games, firepit, kayaking and the well-appointed kitchen.

Loved this home!! Only “complaint” is the distance to a grocery store. But that’s just a moot point when you have a lake in your backyard and the ocean waves singing to you in the hottub!

Check in process was a breeze. The pictures were very accurate to the listing but for sure did not do it justice. The view was incredible and was a very peaceful location. Easy access with great view!!!

A new favorite in the Ocean Shores area. House is clean, in good condition, and well organized. Great fenced in yard for dogs and gravel to limit muddy paws. Would love to return in the warmer months to enjoy the dock area. Owners are very easy to work with and responsive. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at the super clean and fresh Cozy Cove. We stay at VRBO houses several times a year for several years now and this was by far the best appointed property we’ve stayed. The owners left nothing to wish for on this one. From the superbly appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need, to the multi-option game room in the garage. The views of the lake, fishing from the dock, smart tv in every room, and a ready-to-go hot tub staged at 104 degrees.filled our much needed family getaway with just the right balance of fun and relaxation.The owners were very responsive to inquiries prior to our trip and seemed genuinely eager for us to enjoy stay.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to gather with a few family or friends in Ocean Shores.

Lovely place, very clean and quiet. Had about everything we needed in the kitchen and we cooked a lot. My older boys loved the hot tub and the games in the garage. Great stay and so glad we could bring our furry friend too!

Everything we wanted for this occasion was there. Lovely home, comfortable beds,hot tub and spacious. I hope to come back in summer.

4th wedding anniversary for Jesica and I. We have stayed in Ocean Shores 6 or 7 times now. We have done canal and none canal houses and even tried the chateau’s. This was the best house by far. The house had absolutely everything you need. Cathy was amazing! Will stay again soon!!

We wanted a quiet place to relax after 27 years being a military family. The place was clean, wonderful dock on the water, stock very well. We have family in town and the place was being enough to have a small get together with family and friends that lived in the vicinity of the house. We loved it and had great memories with loved ones to last us a lifetime!

We had a marvelous time at this wonderful property! We had everything we needed and the home was very comfortable. Communication was very easy and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay the home is beautiful and the perfect spot for quiet but close to food and shopping and most important the ocean.
