Cozy Couples Retreat | 10 Min to Beach & Downtown

We LOVED Johns place! So clean, comfortable, cozy and convenient to everything!! Communication was excellent and helpful. Everything you needed was there. I would most definitely stay there again. I have already recommended it to my sister who may go there in the future. Thanks John!!

The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable too. We only stayed one night, and looking back, I wish I would have booked two nights. It was a short drive into downtown Charleston—less than 15 minutes.

It was perfect for our needs

The quarters were very spacious and modern, and they have a very welcoming vibe. There were some very nice touches, such as a basket of snacks and bottled water, as well as extra blankets, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board.The host was very responsive and he clearly wants to make sure his guests are happy. We flew into CHS for my son's wedding on Johns Island, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great stay! Smaller half of a duplex but the right size for the two of us. Convenient to the working half of James Island and a short drive to the connector. John is a wonderful host and would strongly consider staying again.

The space was well designed and very clean. Great place for a few days seeing the Charleston area. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of grocery stores, etc near by.

Apartment seems brand new, super clean and great amenities. We chose the location as a half way point to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great location to get to numerous activities. It was nicer than any hotel we have stayed at. I would definitely stay there again!!!

The location was perfect, right in the middle of most attractions and close to the beach! The host was responsive and friendly. Checking in and out was also very easy. Perfect stay over all!

The property was very clean and had nice amenities (full size refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette). The host had local treats and bottled water for us at check-in and a stocked coffee bar. Very cute! Also a good location, 10-15 min drive to downtown and Folly Beach. Easy check-in and check-out.

Excellent little VRBO!!! If you are in the Charleston area ad want to be close to everything like the beach, all the attractions and Market St. Restaurants, then this is the place for you. Quiet neighborhood with no traffic is a plus after running around the city. The hosts were excellent. You can't go wrong with this place.
