Great place nice and clean Only thing I would suggest is the tv upstairs it has dish network but only like 7 channels available the rest are blocked.maybe put a tv there that has apps on it so person staying could log in to there on apps like Netflix

Overall a great stay, our family enjoyed it. Really like the open concept main area as well as the separate bedroom area downstairs. The bathroom near the kitchen could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. I know a rental property can’t be perfectly clean all the time but some areas of the house look like they could use a thorough cleaning. I do wish the TV upstairs also had the option to stream instead of Direct TV. It seemed like everything we wanted to watch was not available.

This house was a pleasure to stay in! I loved the master bedroom suite. It was hard to say goodbye to that shower! The host was very informative and helpful- though you do have to wait for him to text you. He doesn’t answer via the app. The neighborhood is stunning. One evening we counted 17 deer crossing through the back yard! We will definitely return if we need to stay in that area again!

We had a family bridal shower with a few of us coming from Sarasota, FL. We picked this location to be next to family and the location. It worked out perfectly. We had plenty of room for all of us to sleep and be comfortable. Thanks, we will consider it again in the future.

This was a super, well equipped house and is perfect for two couples or a family with teens. The host is excellent and responsive.

Lovely home. Lots of room for grandkids to play. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to shops and family . Lots of deer walking the property. The home is exactly how it is described. Owners kept in contact and communicated end-to-end process for check-in and check-out. We will be back. The deer is worth mentioning twice….. love the deer.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Teddy and Jasmine were great hosts and were quick in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Overall a pleasing stay in a modern home within a convenient location. Only item we'd like to note is the lack of available household products: poor quality towels, used shampoo/body soap, absence of dish soap. Thank you.

Great home in nice secluded neighborhood. Master bedroom coulg use a seating area to put on your shoes. The air fresheners were over kill. It would be nice to have some kleenex

Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and house was super clean. The only thing missing were tvs in the bedrooms!

This was a wonderful home with a fantastic host! We were short on time evacuating from a hurricane in Florida and were relieved to find such a gem. The home was very clean, comfortable and lots of living space.

The layout of the house was spacious and the rooms were bigger than expected. The check-in was one of the easiest I’ve had on here. There was a nearby lake area that was a huge bonus! And the downstairs tv/game area was so nice to have when I had family over for dinner. Loved everything about this place!

Beautiful home, lovely area, enjoyed having coffee on the deck and watching all the deer in the backyard. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed.

We traveled to Georgia for a week of baseball at LakePoint. This house was located within 25 minutes of the facility and fit our needs perfectly. There’s one bedroom and full bathroom in the basement, along with a game room and laundry room. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom, the master bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, dining room and family room. There is also a great deck off of the kitchen where you can sit and watch the families of deer that visit daily. The kitchen had all the basics. Extra towels and linens were provided as well if needed. Communication with the owners was fast. We would stay again if we make it back to Georgia.

Home was immaculate, inside and out, Teddy and Jasmine communicated everything clearly, before & during our stay. Everything you need for a fun/relaxing vacation. Especially loved the area! Lake/Wildlife/Restaurants! All in close proximity! Will most definitely be back
