Outstanding rental.property. house was in excellent condition and as advertised. Renata is a wonderful host, easily reached and always helpful. This is the second year we have stayed here and have scheduled for next year as well; that should give you an indication of how much we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the home. It was well stocked and the pool area was amazing! We had great weather and spent most of our time in the backyard area. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again, but did not love the location. However, the house made up for it.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the lanai and pool area even tho the weather was not warm enough to swim during February.

House was fine (we've stayed here before) check in communication could have been better. We chose this house because of the heated pool but the heating never worked in the 3 weeks that we stayed.

Very clean! We loved the pool. Everything we needed was there, a well-supplied kitchen, bath and pool towels, pool floats, good HVAC, close proximity to great food and state park beaches. We would definitely return to this adorable cozy cottage!

Came in for a very sort stay. This is more than cozy and you feel right at home. Nicely decorated, all amenities we needed were available. Very nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Short trip to Tarpon Springs for the Sponge Docks, Greek food and beaches.

Such a gem! Peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing Florida escape. The quiet surroundings and comfortable vibe made it hard to leave. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect get away spot. Everything thing we needed. Very pleasant host.

We had a Mom's getaway and this house was perfect for that. It had everything we needed, except scissors. The pool had floaties waiting for us, a well stocked kitchen and beach chairs/umbrella if we needed them. The house was quiet and peaceful where we could sit by the pool and read our books. Some of the pictures listed are outdated and the furniture has changed so I would recommend removing the old photos as it was a little confusing on what we were going to get when we got there. Overall, great trip and would come back.

The house and pool was everything we wanted and needed for our family of 5. The house was very clean along with the pool. Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. Renata was great to work with and the property was as represented; very enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that we have reserved it for next year; in all the years we have rented through VRBO, this is the first time we will have ever rented a property 2 years in a row.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The decor is very well done and the home is very well kept. The pool area is wonderful. We would definitely book this again.

The air conditioning didn't work when we arrived but after reporting it the next morning the host had it dealt with very promptly. We stayed 3 weeks and felt there were some things that could be improved but overall we were very happy.

Will rent again when back in the area.
