Cozy Cottage with view of Lake Michigan

Extremely clean home. Cozy and close to beach. Host was excellent. The cottage had fresh flowers and delicious cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would absolutely recommend this cottage to others. Nice quiet neighborhood as well.

This home was close to everything and even has a nice view of the lake from the dining area. There were plenty of kitchen essentials, bedding and towels to accommodate 8 of us. I appreciated the window air units in the upstairs bedrooms! We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Short trip with friends, and the property provided us with everything we needed! Great view and close to downtown St.Joseph. Everything was just as described! Had a wonderful time with friends!!

This was a great place to stay for the holiday weekend. The location was just perfect (10 mins to St. Joseph, 30 mins to New Buffalo, and approx. 50 mins to Saugatuck) and even though it rained a couple of the mornings, the evenings were nice enough to walk to the lake (a whole 3 mins!) and enjoy the view.

Host was very accommodating and the delicious fresh Chocolate Chip cookies were a tasty treat when we arrived.

The property was great and so was the location. The only issue we had were ants in the kitchen. However, the owner was very responsive.

The house we rented was a beautiful location with lakeside views. Great neighborhood for walking. The house was well stocked with paper products, towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. The host treated us to delicious cookies and a birthday cake for my husband. We had 6 adults and two children. Enough room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

Great location with some lake views and near downtown St. Joseph! Greg was very communicative and the house was clean. It had plenty of room for 5 adults.

Great location and super responsive owner. The set up of the house was great for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas (8 ppl). Lots of extra blankets, homemade cookies and they even put up a Christmas tree! The downfall for us was that we checked in around 6pm and it was 50 degrees in the house. We ate dinner wrapped in blankets and wore our jackets to stay warm. It reached acceptable temperature close to midnight. Greg was super responsive and we were so appreciative of his communication. The only other downfall was the cleanliness of the floors - they could use some attention. Despite the negatives, we would still recommend this place!
