Perfect location on the island. Across the street from beach access. Very clean. Great screened porch. Comfortable beds. Only draw back could be the stairs in to front door if you have mobility issues. The individual steps themselves are higher than normal. Would stay again.

Great location and cottage had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room could use some updating and some attention to some maintenance items but it didn’t dampen our enjoyment of our trip. Perfect place for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen and the screened in porch was such a plus!

Small house, plenty of room for four people. Very small bedroom with no dresser or chest. Plenty of hot water in a clean bathroom. Adequate kitchen, no dishwasher. Enough plates and no skimping on cookware. A few condiments a nice touch. Great location right across from beach entry. Quiet enough. We left three small uncomfortable beach chairs, otherwise none supplied, nor beach towels. I liked this place and would stay again.

Screen porch and location were great.

This is a great little cottage in a fantastic location. Right across from the beach and public beach access, making it easy to get to the beach. Only a block from all the restaurants and shops making it easy to walk to dinner. The screened porch of the cottage was amazing and provided an enjoyable spot to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and not fight the bugs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the property was very clean. Management company was responsive. There was a hose to wash the sand off at the front door. Would 100% stay there again.

Great location. Perfect for our needs. Definitely would have been cramped if there were more than 2 adults staying there. We definitely enjoyed it!

Absolutely loved this place so much! It’s the perfect location on Folly Beach, it’s super cute, clean and the a/c was cold (that’s important at beach rentals, lol)! The beds were comfy and I can’t wait to come back! We had such a great stay!!

The house is only a block from the beach, with a peek-a-boo view of the water. And it's only a few blocks from the main drag in town. So the location is perfect! As noted by others, it's quite a small place so if you have 4 people, you'd better be good friends! The living room and front porch furniture/cushions are past their prime And there is no dining seating other than a 2-person high-top table in the kitchen. (So there wasn't the table on the sunporch shown in the photos.) But the kitchen has everything you need and they are generous in supplying soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath linens. We had an issue with the washer to which the management responded rapidly. So the cottage certainly does the job!

Needs more seating to eat.

Me and the ole lady spent a few days here together. Nice joint. Close to the beach. Walking distance from center street. Would stay here again, for sure.

The place was adorable and in a great location. The only things I would suggest is put a TV in the bedroom with the comfortable bed. Supply a vacuum cleaner and fix the top step coming into the porch, it is higher and a little messed up I tripped coming I. When we checked in.

This cottage was ideal for easily getting to the beach, walking to the pier & downtown Folly Beach. Everything in the house was fine, too, altho I couldn't make the TV work to just get NBC to watch the Olympics.

A great spot for days when it's cool enough to be outside on the screened-in porch. Super close to the beach and just a couple blocks from Centre Street — and quiet too. For some reason, the washing machine ran on a hot cycle only, and it would have been great to have a little more leg room in the bedrooms and maybe a rack or line to dry wet bathing suits and towels, but otherwise, just what we needed.
