    The property was spotless. The property owner answered any and all questions in a timely manner. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown Wilmington.

    Great place for my husband and I to work from home with our dogs. So close to the river walk! I loved the proximity to downtown and the river. Second time staying in this house. A true gem!

    Stayed at Cozy Cottage a few weeks while family member needed a transitional place before moving to an apartment in Wilmington. Was the perfect location to walk downtown to restaurants, with easy parking, and a central location. Inside the cottage was super clean, well appointed, and comfortable, with all needed kitchen appliances and bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Host Christine was a delight. Super easy to deal with and did NOT have a super long list of annoying instructions and rules that other rentals seem to have. Easy check in, easy check out. Great place overall.

    We loved this house. It was cute, with a fenced yard for the dogs and perfectly located within walking distance to the river walk and downtown. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

    This was a wonderful eclectic space to be in. Beds very comfortable. Towels very nice and heavy. Photos are accurate. It’s a very walkable historic neighborhood convenient to restaurants, river walk, breweries, performing arts center and beautiful very old homes to tour. I loved having the fenced yard for my dog to enjoy. There was a problem on arrival as the written instructions were incomplete on how to actually access the key. I received quick response to my message. The Wi-Fi password in the email communications was also wrong, but I found a brochure inside the house with correct info. I hope the owner and property manager will re-examine those communications and update for future guests.

    Lovely property with great little fenced in back yard (which our dog loved). We walked downtown several times a week during our 6 week stay. Chris answers any questions promptly. My only complaint is that there were no visible smoke alarms

    We loved the ambience of the home as it is an historic house located in Wilmington’s Historic District. We were walking distance to town in one direction and a great brewery in the opposite direction. Well maintained and furnished with an eclectic mix of antique furniture. Bedroom suites with nice Caria marble vanities in each of the en-suites. Very nice property and David was an excellent property manager!
