A very clean and cozy home. Walkable to CSU and old town. Comfy bed.

Great little place! I thought the price was a tad steep for just one night, but you can't beat the location. The backyard needs a little TLC and the coy pond is all dried up.

Wonderful, welcoming cozy home. Perfect for my needs for my dog’s surgery at CSU. Location close to the campus, restaurants, coffee shops. Neighborhood was very accommodating for myself and my dog. Home was very clean, everything was thoughtfully placed and exceeded my needs.

Do NOT stay here. This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. Within an hour of arriving, we discovered the house was filled with spiders and insects — including an actual nest inside. Calling this place dirty is an understatement. The “bedroom” is not a real bedroom. It’s a converted garage. The backyard is nothing but weeds and thorns, with a large hole in the fence that makes it completely insecure (forget about letting your dogs outside safely). Worst of all, there was no fire alarm — just a hole in the ceiling where one should have been. This is not only unacceptable, it’s a serious safety hazard. When I reached out to the host, she didn’t answer my calls. She texted back from Indonesia, saying calls were “too expensive.” When I explained the condition of the house and the insects, she got defensive instead of offering any help. She admitted no one could come until the following day—meaning we would have been forced to spend the night in a filthy, unsafe house crawling with bugs. I told her I wasn’t comfortable staying there, especially as my dog had surgery scheduled the next morning after battling cancer. Her response? “Too bad.” She insisted the place had been cleaned that day (which is impossible given the layers of webs and nests we found) and refused any refund or partial compensation. We left after an hour and had to book another place at additional expense, the host wasn't helpful and only cares about profits. I wouldn't recommend!!

The online pictures do not do this wonderful place justice! The house is super cute with a great yard. The dogs loved the yard. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed. Lauren was also great with communication. We recommend this place for couples with dogs travelling to Fort Collins! Thank you!!!

Great little place for a couple, or single person, with a dog. The yard is great for dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to downtown Ft Collins.

I had to have my trip refunded due to absolutely zero communication with this host. The locking mechanism would not release the key to gain access to the property and after 4 hours of attempting to contact the host from both my end and VRBO customer support with no success. VRBO refunded my stay. If you select this property to stay at please have a back up stay in place.

A clean, updated, comfortable, and quiet home in a perfect location of town is what first comes to mind when describing this house. The yard was accommodating for our dog to be unleashed and the deck made it comfortable for relaxing. The sofa and bed were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had top of the line appliances. The host was kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our overall stay. It was an easy location to get around FOCO and visit with our Ram. Living spaces and kitchen were good; including ability to cook a small Tday dinner. Furniture is updated from photos; backyard and pond definitely in winter mode.
