Cozy Coastal Cottage.

Very neat, clean, with everything you need. Great location and good value.

This was out second time taking a golf trip to the coast and the first time using this property. This property was convenient to everything, there are more golf courses that a person can play within 30 minutes, and the street is quiet. There was good communication with the owner, and the house has everything you need for a great stay.

Perfect base camp for home hunting expedition. Located on a quiet residential street with friendly neighbors. Easy auto access to all the necessary shops and a quick 12 minute drive to Sunset Beach (highly recommend).Property was well equipped and comfortable. Property managers and owners were very flexible and responded promptly to our questions. Extremely well documented instructions to guide our stay.

Cozy place!

Just great! Super easy check-in and great communication with me all through the process of booking, follow up questions and more. The cottage is well kept and very comfortable! It was home base for a week of fishing and perfect!

Second time family and I have stayed here a week and it is great. Close to everything you want to be and plenty of space for everyone to have their own. Host was very attentive as well and was always available to answer questions or concerns.

This was a very nice property, very clean. Very roomy. My little granddaughter loved the porch on the side and it was great for us to keep her corralled. :) We would definitely stay here again. Everyone we spoke to were super nice and very helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had so much fun spending time with family.

The house is a great location, very clean, the hosts are great to work with always able to contact with questions and they respond quickly. This is great in all aspects. Highly recommend.

We recently rented the Coastal Cottage for 41 days during the months of January & February. The owners Joe & Suzanne were great to work with, The home is well maintained, clean and very accommodating for all you would need. Located 2 houses from the intracoastal, where the view is spectacular from the deck, there is an enclosed porch for those relaxing hours. In addition, Chris, the property manager, was wonderful with answering any questions or concerns we would have during our stay. It was a great vacation.

This was our second year at the Cozy Coastal Cottage, it was even better than the first. The house was spotless upon arrival, the hosts and the concierge service were spectacular and reached out before and during our visit. The location is perfect, close enough to Sunset and Ocean Isle beaches (5 min) but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the tourist traffic all day. I would recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to get away and relax and unwind. We will be back.

Everything was great!! The property was exactly as described. Clean and in a great area near the beaches. The communication with the owner and manager was excellent. Highly recommend this for a great vacation getaway!!! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay and enjoy our time there.
