Good value for the price

This was a fantastic place to stay in GJ. The house was clean and inviting. We loved the kitchen and BBQ. It was great to have our college student come and cook him a home-cooked meal. This is a must-try property!

Clean, Plenty of room and towels/wash clothes. Plates, saucers, glasses, etc were clean and plenty.Beds were comfortable, nice, safe newer part of town. quiet sub division. Plenty hot water. TV is streaming. BBQ Grill was clean and functional.

The interior was clean and nice. The back deck stringers were rotting and unsafe for small children

Perfect getaway location to explore Grand Junction and surrounding areas. Theres even a garage to keep all your toys safe while venturing off.

Everything about our stay was wonderful!

We needed a place that was close to our kids for a few days and was big enough for our small group, and this home did not disappoint. The home was nicely kept and warm during the cold temperatures of a Colorado winter and was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The house was nice and spacious Kitchen must've been skipped by the cleanning crew. Microwave looked like there was an explosion in there and we had to wash the dishes before we used them because they were not clean

The house was immaculate. I searched for a house with a fireplace – when I got there, I saw the electric fireplace and was a tad disappointed. But – I got over that real quick. I turned on the fireplace every night! I was taking a back by the I was taken aback by the lack of dressers in any of the three bedrooms. There was a TV in the living area and in each of the three bedrooms – I don’t watch TV.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. Home was great with very comfortable beds. We will gladly stay here again.
