Walking distance to beach, clean rooms, very cozy and near stores. Host was very kind and attentive. Parking was great! Quiet location!

The accommodations were clean and ready for us on arrival. The host was very responsive and kind. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Would return if we are in the area again.

This was the perfect home base for a week of exploring Southern California. With the ocean minutes away, the cozy apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home. Our host was incredibly gracious, flexible, and helpful. We hope to return!

Great spot, very convenient, quiet and clean. The distance between the bedrooms was great so you don’t feel like you’re on top of the other person you’re traveling with. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very walkable. We had a walking route that we did every day. Highly recommend this Vrbo and the coffee shop ‘colossus’ nearby and the sushi spot ‘Osaka story’ if you like amazing fresh sushi. 5 stars

It was the perfect cozy beach stay. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants!

Such a cute little space! It was super clean and well appointed. The bed in the master was very comfortable and my husband and I both slept very well. We were also happily surprised to find that the shower had dual heads so we could shower together. You can't beat the location, there are tons of restaurants and other entertainment destinations within walking distance. The dedicated parking spot was the icing on the cake. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Amazingly well furnished. I forgot my hair straightener and lo and behold, there was one under the sink. Same for cotton balls and q-tips. The kitchen was well done as well with spatulas and even a baking tray which I needed for a family dinner. This is a very spacious and comfortable place, conveniently located. Will stay here again

The host was attentive to our requests. The location was perfect for the beach and amusement parks. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store shops and dinning. Beautiful area.

There was nothing better than walking into a super clean house after a day of traveling, hoping into a steaming hot shower and drying off with nice fluffy towels. That was our first impressions. You do not need a car in this neighborhood. You can get groceries, go out for drinks and dinner, and hit up the beach. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Overall. Great stay

Wonky parking experience. If you arrive at night I would be worried you would have no idea where to park. The yellow lines are barely visible. Also a/c is only in one bedroom not in any other part of the unit. This was a problem in the heat and humidity. It wasn’t super comfortable. The pillows and beds were also not awesome. Everything felt like budget quality. We would not stay here again. It was clean but the a/c, parking, and pillows situation made it uncomfortable.

This darling little home was perfect for us!!! It is a short lovely walk to the beach. Cruise around the neighborhoods to enjoy the weather see gorgeous historic homes {and landscapes for you plant lover's}! Parking on the street was a breeze... as was checking in. The place itself was spic 'n span having a second bedroom makes it spacious-- perfect price point! The *only* thing I'd upgrade is the coffee maker to a keurig ;) ...but I'm a coffee snob, lol!!! Thank you for the stay!

We loved having this off the main road place to stay (entrance was from the alley). It was close enough to the beach to walk over and within easy driving distance of everything we could want. We also loved using their private patio for a meal so we could enjoy the ocean breezes.

This was a perfect retreat to help my son recover from major knee surgery! Easy access from ground level parking spot. Very quiet, lovely neighborhood with easy access to the beach trails for my morning runs! Host Sarah was very quick with responses and updates! Would definitely visit again when in Long Beach!

Great location! Easy walking distance to beach, grocery, restaurants. We didn’t cook during our stay but we highly recommend the Grilled Avocado at Belmont Brewing Co. Owner was very responsive. Snacks were appreciated. Clean property.

Everything was fantastic and as described.

We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks, coffee, condiments, spices, etc. The space between the bedrooms was great so we had privacy and quiet while our son and friend stayed up late.

Good spot to stay, many places easy to walk to

Very comfortable! Sarah is an awesome communicator and is there for you with any questions. Kitchen has a standard coffee pot with plenty of coffee supplies. There is also a dual burner cook top for cooking if needed in the spacious kitchen. Some of the cabinets are a bit high so if you’re short you will need a stool. Beds are very comfortable. If staying during the summer there is a portable air conditioner. If parking is needed you will park in the back alley and that’s where the place is accessible through a gate. Easier to access the place through alley than from the front street. Very quiet area with shopping for groceries and the beach 2 blocks away. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family. Many Blessings!

Perfect accommodations and location for our long weekend stay in Long Beach. A quick walk to the beach and local restaurants and a short drive to downtown LB. Our host was super nice and responsive and the property is really beautiful! The jasmine smells amazing!

Was a comfortable stay with all amenities we needed for 3 of us. We weren't expecting fancy. Initial entry seemed a little unnerving, since our unit was at the back of the house - but no issues. Owner was prompt enough to change worn batteries for the door lock. Good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Street parking was tight - a matter of luck - like most residential neighborhoods.

Overall great stay, but I would have liked an advanced notice that it’s a shared unit. There is an upper and lower unit in the back of a main home. We stayed in the lower unit and a few mornings the footsteps of the people upstairs was distracting. Otherwise, the place was well stocked with everything we needed and a very convenient parking space in the back. Plenty of blankets and towels and kitchen essentials.

Comfortable place to stay with the family while visiting California - host was great, highly recommend.

The venue was great and close to all of the attractions. It was close to downtown and the ocean. We were in town for pleasure and it was a pleasant stay. Thanks to the host again for clean and comfortable accommodations..
