Enjoy this adorable home located in the desirable Lower Chelsea District of AC. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the Beach and Boardwalk, and close to Restaurants, Bars and Casinos. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home is set in a great coastal neighborhood, provides wonderful amenities and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Come visit for a peaceful shore getaway!

This house offers a great stay within a close proximity to the beach and the best of Atlantic City. Located in the desirable Lower Chelsea area, just a few blocks from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Beach!

LIVING AREA:
-The main level has a living room with 2 sleeper sofas, a Smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), a dining space and a half bathroom.

KITCHEN:
-The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you will need for meals.
-There is a drinks station with accessories to whip up your favorite cocktail.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.

    Great location and amenities! Awesome house, near the beach, fairly close to the casinos, spacious, clean and well equipped. Good place for gathering with family or friends. Excellent communication with the owner.

    Very nice accommodations, with lots of little extras. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for all. Short walk to the beach- we used a wagon to bring our beach stuff. Traffic lights at busier crossroads made crossing easy. And, lifeguard station located right at beach access.

    The home was VERY comfortable but parking was a challenge every day and the beach was too far to walk with a child. Parking was the only problem we had with this rental as there is only street parking (parallel) and it’s tight. If you leave to spend the day at the beach and drive so the kids don’t have to walk you are rolling the dice to have a spot when you get back and you may need to park a block or more away. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. I loved the set up of the house including the half bath downstairs which made getting everyone up and ready to leave in the mornings easy. I would 100% stay here again, I would just have better plans for parking and getting around like I would use an Uber more often.

    Great place to stay, close to everything! The house is clean, check in and out is super easy. The hosts are very easy to contact and will answer any question you have. We will stay here again if its available for our next trip.
