Stayed Aug 9, 2024Overall we had a good stay! One thing we wish we would have known is that the boat ramps the property is close to are closed, due to lake being low. Only boat ramp 18 is open which is 30 minutes on the other side of lake. Also there are 2 vents in the master bedroom and one is totally closed which created a high-pitched squealing noise at times which made it difficult for my wife to sleep. But we made it work and enjoyed our family vacation

Stayed Jul 4, 2023My husband, two daughters (6 and 2 years old), and I stayed here July 4-6 and it was so enjoyable! The host had plenty of towels for us as well as many other amenities. The property had some great outdoor spaces that were fun to relax at, even during a Texas summer. The trees offered ample shade to make being outdoors more pleasant. We took evening walks at dusk and were able to see so many deer and other wildlife in the neighborhood! It is located about a 10-15 minute drive from Comal Park (where Canyon Lake beach area is located). We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was such a nice home to stay in. We all had a space of our own. The beds aren’t the comfiest but we survived! The horseshoe Guadalupe float is only 20 mins down the road. So much fun! We saw lots of wildlife near this home : deer, beautiful birds, a grey fox! I would stay here again, but I would bring my own pillow next time.
