Great location in Northern Michigan. 5 minutes to Boyne Mountain. Enjoyed our stay very much. Had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy.

Property looks cute in photos, but it wasn’t clear that the bedrooms were in the basement. There was a strong mildew smell throughout the property, and the bedrooms hadn’t had the spiders vacuumed away. Apart from those issues, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.Immediately next door is a mobile home with lots of stuff in the yard.

House was very clean and well appointed. Centrally located but still far enough in the country to feel some seclusion. Check in and out were very easy. Would stay here again!

Everything was fine with our stay. Pictures do suggest a more rural location whereas we were actually in town of Boyne Falls and across the street from the local trailer park. This posed no problem for us and would not change our willingness to rent, just a little different then we expected. The other thing is just worth clarifying that all the bedrooms were downstairs, though well appointed and in good condition. If having a bedroom or rooms on main floor are important from a rental standpoint. Worth mentioning.

We loved the whole setup of the property. The owners were great and were quick to answer every question we had as this was our first time doing this.

The house was cute online but even cuter and more comfortable than it looked in person. It was close to the mountain, the beach, downtown area, and in walking distance to the best Dollar General we have ever been in that had everything we needed. The house also had a nice deck with seating available. We would definitely stay here again. Also, there was prompt and kind communications with the owner. 10/10 recommend this rental.

Clean, cozy, well stocked. Everything we needed for a fun family ski trip. Located directly across from skiing. Could see the lights of the slopes from our cabin at night. Perfect!

Did a little weekend retreat to see the Skybridge. The place is cozy and has some mobile home neighbors, but we had no problems and a great time.

Great cabin that was perfectly suited for our short stay in Boyne. Plenty of towels, necessities and bedding for the four of us. Within 5 - 10 miles of other destinations and wineries. Minutes to Skybridge on Boyne Mountain.

When we first arrived we were already in love with the adorable cozy cabin. It was SO well kept and clean. Everything we might need was there. It was beautiful inside and out. The outdoor space was equally as nice. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the near future. The property managers were also so great and hospitable. Couldn’t be happier.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was clean, and they thoughtfully provided all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and a coffee maker, as well as plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place was well-maintained. Communication with the host was effortless, and we encountered no issues during our stay. The location near Boyne Mountain was ideal for us. It allowed us to enjoy everything the area has to offer without being confined to staying directly at the resort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would choose to stay here again in the future!

Comfy place. Easy to get to Petoskey, Boyne City, Charlevoix. Would probably consider staying here again.

Nice home equipped with all the essentials and it's cozy! One of the bedrooms doesn't have windows, but otherwise enjoyed our short stay.

This was our second visit to this property and it was just as great as the first. The location is perfect. We fly fished in the Boyne river, visited the Boyne City Morel festival, Drove up to Mackinaw City, crossed the bridge to St. Ignace to our favorite pastie place. We also went to Vanderbilt to go to the Pigeon River for more fishing and to visit my great grandfather's grave. After each adventure the house was great to come back to! The home has beautiful updates and is immaculate! It is very quiet and peaceful.The king size bed is very firm, I have a bad back so I had to use the queen bed and I slept like a log! We will certainly return!
