Cozy Bungalow With Private Pool Near Beaches & Pinellas Bike Trail

Our family stayed for a week for a family vacation. The property was spotless and met all of our needs. Our favorite was the pool and private fenced in area to hang out. Restaurants and shopping were close by and we made several trips to Clearwater which is a very short drive. We are thankful to have chosen such a wonderful place. Abraham met us at the house and went through everything we needed to know about the house. He was wonderful!

This property is immaculate. It is just as described. The location is fantastic. Not too far from the beach and Dunedin is so quaint and wonderful with an abundance of restaurants. Abraham was very accommodating, gave us a tour answering any questions. He was very responsive when I texted him later with a question. The kitchen is very well appointed. The only thing I didn’t realize is the pool and deck are beautiful but the pool is 9’ deep. A little challenging for playing but great for good swimmers. So much to do and yet so relaxing. Best trip ever.

The location of the house is great because it’s only one block from the bay, which includes a trail at the Waters edge and also right next to the Pinellas Trail in the opposite direction. It’s only about 15 minutes to the beach at Clearwater and about 40 minutes to Honeymoon State Park. The house is nice and clean and had everything that we needed. Best of all is the pool which is really large, and the pool deck, which is great for relaxing. The backyard is a beautiful space to hang out.

We wanted to rent home as close to the Pinellas Trail for bicycling as possible. This house was right there! It was a lovely home with a large backyard and a pool. Unfortunately, it was too cool to be able to use the pool while we were there. Abraham met us there when we arrive to show us around the property and we are fine thanks. He is very proud of his home. This house is in a quiet residential area with very little traffic. Photographs are accurate.

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything needed for a great vacation. I wish the beach was closer to the house but being so close to Dunedin was actually a good thing for us. We enjoyed the restaurants, shops, and activities so close to us. The pool was well maintained (little heavy on chlorine) and the house tech was a great bonus. And the owners were extremely nice and accommodating.

We had a great time! The house was very clean and thorough. Very thoughtful host and left activities for both inside and outside! House is well cared for and maintained. Pool and outside yard was wonderful and made the heat bearable for my teens! We had a quiet and easy stay. Thank you!

Just rented the house and loved the location, house, pool and everything all around. Had the best vacation and experience during my stay. The house is clean, owner is around the corner and replies fast, the pool and outside area is amazing. Will be staying again! Thanks ❤

Abraham was so hospitable and the property is everything we needed for this family vacation. Perfect location, right next to Pinellas Trail, one block from Edgewater, a short walk into Dunedin town and just 15 min from Clearwater beach. We came to enjoy the fun and sun of Dunedin and we’re not disappointed. The property was beautiful and clean with high end furnishings. My Aunt loved the bedroom with the attached bathroom, it was her little get away. The pool was great although in April it was cool. It rained two days of our visit but we were able to find games to play and things to do. We even got in a few games of croquet on the sunny days. Over all it was a truly enjoyable trip and Abraham was a joy to work with. DJ
