Very nice and clean Has everything you need

This was an absolutely perfect stay. It was just the right size for my wife and me while we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. The host was fantastic and incredibly thoughtful — truly above and beyond.We honestly loved just about everything and can’t find a single fault. The outdoor covered area was a standout for us; one cold evening we lit a fire, bundled up with hot drinks, and it was pure magic. Our grandsons were over the moon with the games and the Pac-Man machine in the basement — instant grandparents-of-the-year points!The kitchen was fully stocked with practically everything you could imagine for cooking, plus loads of thoughtful extras throughout the property — soaps, shampoos, and more. There was filtered water in the refrigerator, two coffee machines and a Moka pot, with plenty of coffee provided for both pods and ground (coffee lovers rejoice ).The property is beautifully maintained and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Martha was even kind enough to let us use a box fan, as we’re used to sleeping with one every night — such a small detail, but it meant a lot.We truly cannot fault a single thing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay — it was perfect in every way!

This was our second stay at this home. It is a lovely home with great amenities. The home is always very clean, well stocked, and comfortably furnished. It is a short walk to MTSU… and a quick drive/uber to the square.

Always a GREAT STAY

Great stay! Close to campus and lots to do. The house is clean, neat and tidy. Grill worked good and lots if outdoor space to sit and enjoy. Quiet neighborhood. Property owner was very easy to get ahold of within minutes. Would highly recommend!

Very convenient for what and where we needed to go!!

Nice cozy house. Easily slept 5 in 3 separate sleeping areas with room for more. House was clean. Drive had room for 2 cars.

Perfect for us! Location great for games, too. Loved the basement level - gave us room to spread out. We were fine with one bath, too. Nice & comfy touches everywhere. Great for us!

Home was as pictured. We enjoyed our stay very much and liked the location. Would stay here again. Everything was very clean. The only thing I would mention to future guests is that the cabinets and microwave are pretty high compared to the norm. My wife is about 5 feet tall and was glad I was there to help get things down lol.

Stayed for a soccer tournament. House was so clean and tidy. Kids loved watching the birds in the backyard. Neighborhood is great, lots of people out walking / running. Very safe. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. You could walk to the university easily. Downstairs area great for kids to hang out. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy communication and check out process. Highly recommended

We came to town for daughter to attend a camp on the MTSU campus. The location was great for us. The home has been nicely renovated. It was clean and comfortable. It was everything we needed. The host responded quickly to all messages. We had a great stay and would absolutely return.

My wife and I traveled to see our daughter who attends MTSU. The home is close to campus. Very clean and cute. Love the basement! Wish our grandson was with us. He would have enjoyed the teepee in the basement. Will stay here again!

Great spot, clean house, everything we needed.

The home was nicely apportioned. Very close to all the tourist sights in Murfreesboro. The beds were comfortable. The celing is low in the basement, but it was great to have the extra space. We had some trouble getting into the property ( the code sent to us was incorrect), but I don't expect anyone else to have the same issues.

Great place to stay in Murfreesboro! We were there for daughter’s graduation and 5 of us stayed. We were very comfortable and felt the house was very clean, had everything you need for cooking, plenty of towels, with comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again!

This home is beautifully decorated and offers numerous amenities for a comfortable stay. It is the perfect location to walk to the MTSU campus and The Boulevard restaurant.

The home is very well maintained and has several extra touches, like a pantry stocked with grilling spices, so many choices in coffee/tea and even honey for my hot English Breakfast Tea ( also in pantry). The downstairs/basement is an incredibly family friendly space where kids from 8-18 would be entertained for hours. This has been the best place I’ve stayed in Murphreesboro when visiting my young grandchildren, and I am planning on staying here as often as possible. Very dog friendly, even had doggie bags provided ( I had my own), and the linens on the beds are so good, I ordered a set of the sheets and the incredible waffle-weave cotton blanket for home by the 2nd night! I absolutely loved staying here, and I know anyone reading this would too.

Our stay at Martha’s property was wonderful! We can’t wait to come back for another trip!
