West side of Windsor, close to Downtown, Ambassador Bridge and Tunnel. Shopping centers located 5 minute drive away. Safe neighborhood.

There's no living room space, so folding chairs are provided to sit together or watch TV at bedside.

1 shared bathroom, with Shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and towels are available.
Please bring your own hair brushes, toothpaste, floss & toothbrushes. These aren't provided as they are more personal items.

Desk with chair for work, use with a laptop.

Full Washer and dryer with cleaning supplies available. Folding drying rack to dry towels and delicate items. Ironing board and iron available.

Main floor:

Full Kitchen with Stove, Double sink, Dishes, Cutlery, kitchenware, small appliances, Microwave, Air Fryer, K-Cup Coffee Maker and Dining table.

Guests have full use of the Fridge/Freezer and Cupboards to store their food.

Guest entry is through exterior door that goes into Kitchen, from a small amount of steps. Door is equipped with Keypad access. There is a closet beside the door to hang up jackets and coats.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to their bedroom. Bathroom shared with 2nd guest booking. Laundry and kitchen are shared, also with the host.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests can message host with requests and questions. Host is on-site often to assist.

Other details to note:

Host will change and wash guests bedding each Sunday mid-day for a month long reservations to ensure cleanliness. The host will do their laundry at this time as well. This will also include cleaning of bathroom (Shower, sink & toilet) and some light cleaning of kitchen and laundry area to keep it clean.
