Cozy Beach House Indian Shores

The property was clean all around. Communication was easy with the host. It had all it said it would. I liked the keyless entry. This was my first time on Vrbo and it was a great experience.

We had a great time. Great location, quick walk to the beach but also a pool which my kids loved! Kitchen had lots of great supplies, as well as laundry. Clean and well maintained. Thanks for a great vacation!

Photos aren’t up to date, the condo is even better! Living room furniture has changed to a sectional which we loved. Everything was amazing, great response time from owners and lots of items to use during your stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and great host!

This was a great location. Very easy walk to the beach with kids. There was a nice store right there for small items needed. Several things in the garage for the kids to use at the beach, which was very helpful. Lots of restaurants very close. Host was responsive to all messages.

This house was in a great location. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, and even games and books! We loved our stay!

The host was very responsive!! The home was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all of the extras(such as coffee maker, blender, ice maker). Great experience

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The bedrooms are huge, the sofa is leather (different/better than picture), there are 3 bathrooms, there is a private garage with all the beach amenities—boogie boards, skim boards, sea kayak, beach wagon). Really nice space for our family of 6!

Clean property and very comfy!Host has ac locked to not go below 71 so it does get a bit warm. However, they provide plenty of fans for air circulation. We would stay here again!

Easy check in , nice to have a garage full of beach chairs umbrellas grill etc.Washer & dryer was helpful. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Easy Acess to other beaches.

Overall, our stay was better than expected! There was plenty of space, amenities and necessities for our group of 6. The location was extremely helpful; close to beach access, local eateries/pubs and multiple routes towards Clearwater/Tampa. Our host, Anthony, was very communicative and quickly responded to feedback regarding the property. I absolutely recommend staying here!

Pros: Great communication from host! Beds/linens very comfortable and towels were super soft and nice! There were some new beach chairs that were very sturdy that sat straight up. Lots of beach goodies in the garage. Very close walk to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants!Cons: It is a condo, not a beach house. We were not expecting that. We were hoping for some reclining beach chairs. There may have been a couple but they were very beat up. The ice maker needed a good deep clean. It’s not a bad property by any means, but the pictures make it look a bit nicer than it is in reality.Overall we had a great time and would consider staying here again now that we know more what to expect.

Love the proximity to the beach. Clean, safe and comfortable place. Love that the second floor with the bedrooms is upstairs allowing us to keep our toddler sleeping without noise from the kitchen/living room. There are a lot of stairs to get from the ground floor to the front door and interior stairs - something to think of if you are older or have hip/leg issues. For a young family it wasn’t an issue. Nice pool in the complex- all the items needed for the beach provided.great little quiet community within walking distance to an ice cream shop and a short drive to a couple great restaurants. I would stay again!

Floors were really dirty. Only one dish cloth that was ripped/torn. Bed blankets were dirty (we even washed one to use). Balcony slider wouldn't lock.Balcdowodoor wol

We loved the location, across the street from the beach and far enough from public parking that the beach was not too busy. An easy walk to great food. And the home had all the amenities we could ask for.

We had a great time for 3 weeks! The property was essentially as advertised but the walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected. The unit does need some TLC for items such as beach chairs, screens, small towels, and towel racks.

Wonderful location between the beach and the intercoastal and in a real slow paced area. Love Indian shores

We had great communication with the owner, the property is wonderfully located and beautiful! I absolutely loved that beach supplies were there for us to use since we flew and were not able to bring our own. I would definitely stay there again
