Cozy and Quiet Home Uptown Broadmoor Area

This place was great! The host was easy to contact and friendly. The check in process was super simple and we had no issues the whole time. The only issue we had was the kitchen floors were pretty dirty but other than that it was a great stay!

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was as good as last time . We had a wonderful stay. This is such a relaxing property that we hated to leave.

Christian was very responsive and flexible which is rare and very appreciated. He genuinely cares that you had a great time is his city and did all he could to ensure it happened. Highly recommended.

Great stay perfect place!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 3 dogs. And it was quick and easy to get to Audubon Park and City Park to take them for nice long walks. Also quick to get to the French Quarter and other areas. The kitchen is very nice which we used mostly just for breakfast every day as we ate out at great restaurants for lunch and dinner. Overall it was a great experience!

The location is perfect! nice quiet neighborhood. The host is great at communicating. However, my stay was not the best. And I’m only posting this review as awareness to future guests and the host. After staying the first 2 nights we notice BedBugs! I was bitten and they were on my clothes. I made the host aware and he advise it could have came from the guest before me. I think that to be impossible as the box spring was filled with black looking tar which came from infestation. He removed it. Orkin came the day we left. Host should still follow up behind cleaners because this was ongoing. Bedbugs even in the sofa. This stay has triggered my PTSD and I’m constantly itching! Sorry has to share

Everything was great! House was very nice and great with communication. The house is clean as well and close to everything. No complaints whatsoever and we’ll book again whenever I am in town.

Property was clean. Beds were soft, but comfortable. Nice location with access to major roadways and quiet neighborhood. We were very happy with our stay. Only reason rating not 5 was a nice rental, just not particularly awesome. Would certainly consider again if in New Orleans

This property was very much what it said for our 3 adults. Host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was provided as stated. The inside of the house was perfect for our pet, but the outside area was not. I thought there would be some kind of a yard, but there was not. I guess that was my mistake. Good location to all of the fun things to do in NOLA.

We came to NOLA to pick visit a college with our daughter. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to enter early after we got in very early. Close to the cutest breakfast and coffee joint Laurel street Bakery. Highly recommend!

This house was very clean and had a good kitchen. The washer and dryer came in handy and the house was close with Uber rides to downtown, Audubon Park, Trolley to French Quarter. The neighborhood was ok, It was close to great bakery.

This house was ideal for our stay. We really enjoyed having two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and organized. The welcoming wine was a nice gift. The location worked perfect for our stay. We wanted a quiet place away from the Quarter but centrally located to the things we had planned. Everything seemed about 10-15 minute drives. The hosts had lots of suggestions and information about the city. We would definitely return!

House was just the right size for us and our friends for our visit to New Orleans. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. We appreciated the off street parking.

We did not get to arrive in New Orleans...we were stuck in the blizzard that hit the south. You may wonder how I am able to leave a review that is FIVE STARS, you would understand if you communicate with Christian. We were in constant contact through the VRBO app even while he dealt with the blizzard on his end. The weather event was a disruption for all, but his caring texts and working with us on getting everything tied up was such a blessing and brought peace of mind to us while we struggled to just get moving again (we were snowed in in Alabama for three days!). My hope is to try to get to New Orleans at a more reasonable time of year just to be able to thank him in person and enjoy the cute little house that we picked out in which to spend a family vacation. Thanks to VRBO and Christian for your care and understanding!!

This is a very nice, well decorated, perfectly located two bedroom, two bath. Easy check in and out, off street parking and excellent hosts! You won’t be disappointed.

Travelled to NOLA for a quick 3-night stay so our daughter could interview for residency at LSUHSC. Wanted to stay near the medical facility and all the NOLA attractions. Let me tell ya, This is the place!! Everything from the Superdome, Bourbon Street, Aquarium, the Port of New Orleans, and restaurants were no more than 10-15 mins away. As for the home itself. It was as described, cozy and quiet with a small area for off street parking. Beds were comfortable, fine-line between hot/cold water in the shower, but once you found it, it was perfect!!! Lastly, I would like to say our host, Christian, was the best. He was very quick to respond to any requests and fix anything that came up in a timely manner. I believe he is rated as a Super Host and if not, he should be. Thanks for sharing your home with us and we will definitely return if we are in the NOLA area again.

House was exactly as advertised - clean, safe, and quiet. 15 mins to everything, which was great, and our pets were happy. Off street parking was handy too, albeit a bit tight for larger SUV.We would stay again if visiting the area with pets.

Nice spot for a first time Saints game and weekend vacation. Good location and close to the stadium and the popular spots in NO. Quiet neighborhood and would stay at same location again.

Very comfortable home, close enough to all the touristy spots we wanted to go to, but in a quiet, safe area. We parked our vehicle and relied on Uber/Lyft to worry about the driving - I found them to be very reasonably priced. The house had everything we needed and was within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants as well. Christian was a great host - communication was easy and he was quick to respond. We would definitely look to book with him again should we go back to New Orleans.

It was exactly as described in the listing. Very quiet neighborhood, pretty centrally located. Would definitely stay there again. Our plane got in early and got through the car rental in record time causing us to arrive before check in at the house. Sent a message to Christian, got an immediate response and were able to get into the house. Just a small example that makes a host great to deal with!!

Stayed here for Tulane parents' weekend and loved it! My daughter and her BF also stayed here. It was nice that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Nice to have washer/dryer. Incredibly thoughtfully-outfitted house -- one of the best outfitted kitchens I've ever seen in a rental (but we didn't cook-- such good food in NOLA!). Delicious and affordable bakery nearby- just note they are closed on Sundays.

Very nice place to stay, with space to park in driveway. Neighborhood feels safe for walking. A car is a necessity because the house is not near most attractions and restaurants you would want to visit.

Loved our stay, it was so convenient to everything we did. It would be nice if you had grab bars in the tub area in the front bath. My husband and I are 85 and it would be nice to have them for safety purposes. Thank you for your being our host.

Nice looking place, well appointed & comfortable. Complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated. Book about the hosts & area attractions was a nice touch. Driveway is a squeeze, but better than street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

After our hotel cancelled our reservation the day we were driving down for my wife and 2 daughters to go to Taylor Swift concert, we were panicked and looking for a literal last minute place to stay, no hotels around that were affordable, we found this property and it was the same price and it always!! They could have charged whatever they wanted and they didn’t, Chris responded to texts multiple times and absolutely saved the day for our family to be able to go on the trip we had planned for over a year, can’t thank them enough. Great house, easy to get to, and convenient to all the things without dealing with all of the traffic.

My friend and I attended the Zach Bryan concert. We stayed at this VRBO due to numerous reasons. Cute, cozy, not far from downtown, great price and private parking. Only minutes from downtown and the city, but far enough from all the traffic. It was super easy for Uber. And we had a private drive so we didn’t have to pay street parking or garage parking. And felt safer doing so.

We were provided by the property manager of our request of floating beds and advance easy instruction on how to access the property He also give us a call to update us on what to expect in the property .Thank you Mr.Christian !
