It features 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an open floor plan kitchen/living area, and a basement with a second large living room. There are also several games and kids' toys available for use that all ages can enjoy. While the kids are playing, the adults can enjoy the ambiance of the gas firepit on the back deck. Also available area gas grill and Blackstone grill.

-Bedroom 2 (main floor): king bed
-Bedroom 3 (lower level): queen bed and full-sized crib
-Bedroom 4 (lower level): 2 queen beds
-Lower-level living room: 2 queen sofa beds

Each bedroom features a TV with YouTube Live TV and Netflix already signed in. Free WiFi is also included. A Blu-Ray player is connected to the main floor living room TV.

The spacious attached two-car garage is equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fun, family-filled weekend including a Bob stroller, wagon, trikes, and cornhole set. There is also a full-sized Maytag washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary spices, oils, cooking sprays, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockpot, blender, and more. We even had kids' items such as kids' plates, silverware, sippy cups, a high chair, and more. The bathrooms include several towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and face wash.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. No bachelor or bachelorette, or large, loud parties please. Parking available in garage and driveway, no street parking. Boat parking is across the street (south) from the basketball courts.
