Stayed Aug 2, 2024In all honestly the house is pretty decent. Definitely has a lot of rooms however the kitchen most definitely doesnt match the amount of people allow of people in the house. Personally i would suggest a keypad lock. With muliple people stayin it was hard to lock the house remember to passs the keys along to the next personmulWith multipl

Stayed May 2, 2024Location was great, easy commute to AA. We were a multi-generational family. Property is truly set up for a group of younger people (many stairs and entrance could be more secure steps). Owner was great with communication responses, but might want to put together a detail check in and check out process rather than individual emails (as I didn’t see his check out email and therefore locked the keys inside, sorry!). Also, basement bedrooms do not have egress windows or available closets which was a little unsettling. We made the best of our weekend as the house was clean. Decor was strange for a family rental and was not evident from the description and photos. I would not label this rental as cozy (horror movie and 420 decor doesn’t qualify as cozy to my family).
