The stay was perfect, we had no issues while there. The basement was perfect for playing Mario Kart and hanging out. Backyard was a nice private area to relax. The kitchen was equipped with pans and utensils to cook, we didn't do any cooking as we were out and about most of the day. It was a great stay!

We come to the area at least twice a summer for softball tournaments. We stay with another family and grandparents. There was plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and well-stocked with supplies.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Berea! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of snacks and fresh ground coffee, which made our mornings so easy. They checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and were truly a pleasure to interact with. The house was perfect for our family of four adults while visiting relatives in the Cleveland area. We would absolutely stay here again!

I was in town for Baldwin Wallace graduation. This house is only a short 5 minute drive. The four bedrooms with queen beds was exactly what we needed. The 2 first floor bedrooms and bathroom were very convenient for my son who has special needs. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and they tended to be excessively hot or cold. The main living room area is rather small and definitely needs new a new couch or loveseat. The appliances are all top of the line and fantastic to use. The downstairs tv room was not used by our group very much but it was nice with a large tv. This room led to the fire pit area and we did make use of that.One suggestion I will make, there should be a way to sit outside from the kitchen/ sunroom and/or the front porch, especially with the nice weather.This house was perfect for what we needed. Location was fantastic for our needs.It was an awesome weekend and I'm glad I found this rental.

Overall we were very happy with the house. It's location in Berea is central to everything we did and especially easy access to the airport. the house was clean, easy access and instructions were spot on. We hope to routinely use this location when we visit our large family in the Cleveland area.

House was prefect and had everything we needed. Hard to find 4 bedrooms and 4 queen beds which is perfect for our family. Beds were comfy and appreciated nice towels. Clean and well set up

We booked the house to be centrally located for our daughter’s wedding. It was a great fit for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for cooking meals. We really enjoyed using it as a home base.

Clean house with comfy beds and plenty of room for 8 adults. We loved that it was so close to the airport and had everything we needed close by. The host takes care to make sure you have all the conveniences of home. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms and all kitchen supplies we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay and this house perfectly met are needs and was conveniently located near both Cuyahoga and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. With 2 kids/teens, 2 adults, and 3 dogs everyone was able to have their own space. We had everything we needed.

Clean, well furnished, comfortable, and terrific location. Communication was fantastic. Exactly what we needed for our week at a trade show at the I-X Center.

The property is as described and was clean. Although it is an old house it was well kept up and had new appliances. We enjoyed having the large shower on the basement level, used the outdoor fire pit to make Somemores, and were able to accommodate TV watchers on one floor and conversationalists on another. We rented this property to visit parents/grandparents/great grandparents and had only to drive a few minutes to get to them. We spent time at the Berea City pool and playground. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. This property had everything we needed.

Very nice with nice extra touches such as some snacks, assorted teas and hot chocolate. Owner was very responsive to emails. Window air in upstairs bedrooms did have a small gap and we did have a wasp get in and a couple small bugs. Other than that all was great.

We had a great time in this cozy home. The owners are very nice and responded to all our needs. Close to everything we needed for the weekend.
